chapter 12 : the truth will come out

"Why?" ang tanging natanong ni ada at napaluha sya. ibig sabihin may pag asa na sya makalaya at makasama ang anak nya. she wiped her tears.

"My life is a mess ada." mapait na sabi nito. "I'm a father now but my son is a premature baby. my wife died in childbirth." he continues.

napasinghap si ada sa narinig.

"Maybe heaven is punishing me." he smiled bitterly.

"a month ago, I already talked to my lawyer saying that I will help you to go out here. I send all the evidence to prove your innocence." he continues

she wiped her tears. parang hindi sya makapaniwala.

"Celine didn't die in a gunshot Ada, she had a cardiac arrest. her medical result will prove that. I manipulated everything. Ayaw ko tanggapin sa sarili ko na ako ang dahilan kung bakit namatay ang kapatid ko." he said as his tears started to fall.

ada can't utter a word she was speechless with all his revelations.

"Weeks later before Celine died. she was scheduled for heart surgery. she has a weak heart. nung sinabi nya sakin sa parking lot na gusto nya nang tigilan ang plano namin kay axel. nag away kami.

they were inside the hotel. naka higa ito sa kama katabi sya.they were just finished doing sex.

"Babe, kelan ba tayo bubuo ng pamilya?" sabi ni trina mahahamigan ang tampo.

"If we get to marry maybe we can build our own house. and you can leave cece with the care of your parents." sabi ni trina na parang sigurado na sa plano.

"Cece will be in my care until she's in her right age,"he said with a conviction.

"no,babe. i didnt mean that. ang inaalala ko lang naman ay ang bata. masyado syang malapit sa grandparents nya at nag aalala akong mahirapan syang mag adjsut." She said softly while caressing his face.

he suddenly felt mad.so ito pala ang plano nito. tumayo siya at pumasok sa banyo. naligo sya at nagbihis. paglabas nya ay tulog na ang nobya.

He took a deep sigh before he left. Ngayon nya na rerealized kung bakit hindi magkasundo si trina at ang anak nya.

Hindi man nito ipakita pero trina wanted cece out of his life. May mga sinasabi na ito at ginagawa na hindi man hantarang sinasabi pero nararamdaman nya.

Palabas sya ng hotel ng makita nya si kristoff.

Nilapitan nya ito."Pare." Sabi nya.

Nagulat ito sa kanya. "A-axel." He looks shocked.

"What are you doing here man?" He asked.

"May inaayos lang na importante." Kristoff said abruptly.

Matagal silang hindi nagkita at pakiramdam ni axel ay bumalik lahat ng ala ala nya.

"Okay, it was nice seeing you here man." He slightly tapped Kristoff's shoulder bago mag paalam.

"A-axel." Kristoff said when axel already turned his back. Napalingon ito pabalik."C-can I talk to you for a while,I need to tell you something?" He said hesitantly but in a serious face.

"Yeah sure." He agreed.

They went into a bar. Umorder sila ng alak.

"Im such a big ass axel." Panimula nito habang nilaro laro ang baso sa kamay.

"Ada is innocent. She didn't kill Celine." Mahinang sabi nito at tuluyang nilagok ang alak sa baso.

Axel grab krisstoff in his collar shirt."anong sabi mo! Explained it!" Nanginginig ang boses nya sa galit.

"Celine didn't die of a gunshot and I was the one who pulled the trigger. Her cause of death was due to cardiac arrest. You know that she has a weak heart." He said while crying.

Hindi napigilan ni axel ang kanyang sarili. He punched Kristoff. Bumagsak ito sa sahig.

"You fucking devil!" He shouted and punched him again.

Marami ang lumapit sa kanila at inaawat sya. Hindi lumaban si kristoff tinanggap lang nito ang lahat ng suntok nya.

"W-We ruined Ada's life!" He said while tears fell on his eyes. He felt guilty and sorry for Ada. "You fucking asshole!" He can kill him any moment kung hindi nga lang sya naawat ng mga tao sa loob ng bar.

Mabilis syang lumabas ng bar. Hindi nya alam kung nakaka pag isip pa sya ng matino.

Why he didn't believe Ada. Mapapatawad ba sya nito? What has he done?

He abruptly booked a flight. Uuwi sya ng pilipinas ngayon.
