"Hey sweetheart howd it go?" I asked as Chris walked back into the room
"Good. He sniffed it then laid with it for a little bit and he didn't want to let it go. He disappeared and when I went to find him he was laying on the ground infront of her crib in the nursery with the blanket balled up next to him" he said. I've been in the hospital for 3 days just recovering. Chris took auroras blanket to the house today so dodger could get used to her scent
"I knew he'd do great" I said. Bri walked in
"Alright momma I saw dad walk in. You ready to shower?"she asked
"More than ready" I said. I handed aurora to Chris
"If you need me just call"he said
"Always" I said. I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom with bris help.
"Thank you again for being such An amazing nurse through this whole process I really appreciate it" I said as she untied my gown
"Don't thank me hun. You've been doing all the hard work" she said.
"God this is going to feel so good" I said as I turned the water on
"There's a button right there. If you need anything just press it and I'll be right in" she said
"Thank you" I said. She winked and left. Once the water was warm I took off the hospital gown and stepped in. This feels amazing. Once I did what I had to do I stepped out. I put my hair into a towel and dried my body off. I put on one of Chris's shirts and a pair of shorts. I walked out of the bathroom
"There's momma" Chris smiled. I walked over to him and saw that he was on live while holding aurora.
"Hey guys long time no talk" I said.
"How was the shower?" He asked
"Great. I feel clean and relaxed" I said.
"Good" he said. He kissed my head and aurora gurgled
"Don't worry you get kisses too" Chris said. He kissed her head and I yawned
"How's your,ya know feeling"he said. I chuckled
"Sore" I said.
"Guys I don't know if there are any mothers or nurses watching this but she gave birth without an epidural. That's a big deal" Chris said
"Chris has found a way to mention that to every single person he's talked to" I said
"Because that's a big deal" he said. I smiled.
"I can't wait to go home" I said. Chris wrapped his arm around me since his phone was propped up on the windowsill. I looked at aurora who was staring back at me
"You got daddy's blue eyes" I said softly as I rubbed her cheek.
"Thank god she has your hands" Chris said
"My man hands" I said
"They're good pianist and guitarist hands" he said
"You have good hands for that too hence why we both play guitar and piano" I said. He kissed my head.
"Lemme see my baby" I said. He put her in my arms
"Hello my angel" I said. She smiled and gurgled
"Our little girl" Chris said softly. I know he's been waiting to show both the baby and I off so I'm letting him as much as he wants now.
"I need to sit" I said as the pain started to hit me. I walked over and sat on the bed
"You alright?"he asked.
"Yeah I was just standing for too long" I said. He nodded. He talked to the live for a little bit longer then ended it.
"Ugh you're so hot" I said as he popped up on the TV. It's the part in the Red Sea diving resort where he wakes up naked and then he walked outside shirtless and in shorts. It's the clip that fans put all over the internet. Chris chuckled and walked over to me
"I get to see you naked whenever I want and yet I still get speechless when I see you anywhere including on tv" I said. He smiled and shook his head. Bri walked in
"Hey momma" she said
"Hey bri" I smiled
"You're ready to go home arent you" she said. I nodded.
"You're free to go" she said
"Oh thank god" I said
"I love you bri but these beds are not comfortable" I said
"I know" she chuckled.
"Do you need help with anything?" She asked
"I think I'm just gunna brush my hair then we're good" I said. She nodded
"I'm not supposed to tell you this but take as many diapers,wipes,anything. Take as much as you want because we just have to throw it away when you leave anyways" she said.
"Thank you" I said. She winked
"Congratulations and Goodluck" she said
"Thank you bri it really means alot"Chris said. She smiled and left.
"Baby" I said sweetly
"Turn around" he said. I turned around and he took the towel off of my head. He brushed my hair and braided it
"Thank you my love" I said. He kissed the top of my head. I placed aurora in her car seat and buckled her in
"Ready to go on an adventure" I said. Once we had all of our stuff we walked to the elevators. I could tell there were paparazzi already outside. Chris put a 20 on the counter of the gift shop and grabbed an umbrella.
"Stay behind this and just push okay" he said as he put the little blanket over the car seat. I nodded. Once we got closer to the doors the valet guys did their best to keep everyone back. Chris opened the Umbrella and made sure no one could see me or the baby. He led us somewhere. I just kept my head down and held the car seat as close as possible
"Get in you can fix the seat in there" Chris said as he opened the back door. I climbed in and he closed the door. Thank god my windows are tinted.
"This is a crazy life" I said in a baby's voice. I moved the blanket and saw she was asleep
"Well at least we know you can sleep through loud noises" I said. I made sure the car seat was hooked up properly and I put on my seatbelt as Chris got in
"Are you two okay?" He asked. I nodded. He drove home
"Welcome to your new home aurora" I said as I walked I'd die. Aurora looked around. Dodger ran over
"Dodger sit" I said. He sat down. I put the car seat on the coffee table and picked aurora up out of it. I held her in my arms and sat on the couch. I held her in one arm
"Dodger come" I said. He ran over to my and I held my hand out. He sniffed it and I scratched his head
"Good boy. Sit"I said. He sat down.  I adjusted aurora so her feet were by dodgers nose
"Easy" I said as dodger leaned toward to sniff them.
"Alright up" I said once he got a few good sniffs in. He jumped up on the couch
"Good boy dodge" I said. I kissed his head and his ears perked up
"You're a good boy" I said. I sat back
"Easy" I said. I used my free hand to hold his chain that Chris insisted on putting on him. Chris was also ready to pounce if anything went south.
"Good boy dodger" I said as he softly sniffed her belly. Aurora gurgled and reached her hand out. Dodger ever so gently licked her hand. This made her gurgle and smile
"Good boy dodger" I said. He sniffed her head and decided he was done
"Good boy you're such a good boy" I said scratching him.
"Chris praise him" I said.
"Come here dodge" Chris said. He jumped off the couch and ran to Chris who scratched all over and praised him.
"I knew he would be great" I said
"I know. Just rather be safe than sorry" Chris said. It was already pretty late.
"One more feed,burp and diaper change for you little missy and then it's bedtime" I said as I looked down at aurora. I propped her up on her little boppy while I adjusted my shirt. Once that was all set I picked her up. She latched on almost instantly
"Do I get the other one" Chris said
"I hate you"I chuckled.  Once she was done eating I grabbed the burp cloth and put it over my shoulder. I burped her and she spit up a little. I cleaned her up
"Ready to go to bed baby?" I yawned. Chris nodded
"I'll meet you in there" he said. I nodded. I walked to aurora nursery and changed her diaper and changed her into a sleeper. I picked her up and walked to our room. I laid her in her bassinet that's next to the bed. She watched her mobile go round and round while I changed into another one of Chris's shirts and I put on a diaper. Yes I'm wearing a diaper. No I'm not ashamed. I'd rather wear a diaper than get Lochia all over the bed and myself and Chris. Lochia is a vaginal discharge of  blood, mucus, and uterine tissue that lasts for six-eight weeks after giving birth
"So sexy" Chris said as he walked in
"Yeah?you like this"I smirked. He walked over and kissed me
"I'll wear one" he said
"I have plenty more" I said.
"If my wife wears a diaper then I wear one too" he said.
"I can't tell if you're joking or not"I said. I can usually tell when he's joking.
"You sleep in the nude you're going to hate it"I said. He kissed my head
"Maybe tomorrow" he said. I chuckled. He got naked and we both got into bed. Dodger jumped up and laid between us. I pulled the bassinet a little closer and I was almost instantly out like a light
