Out of all of his friends, Bokuto Koutaro is possibly one of the few people who have experienced a normal childhood.
It was all normal, an outgoing person like him was loved by many — tho his slight narcissistic personality made some quite annoyed by him, not like he cares tho.
He grew up with his bestfriend, Akaashi. They were childhood friends, friends that grew up together without knowing each other's backgrounds except their family's names and their own. It was weird to some people but for the two, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
Going to the same elementary school, middle school and highschool. They were stuck to each other like a glue.
But glue soon wears off, at some point.
Finally knowing more of their family backgrounds, Bokuto then found out how dangerous his friend's family was.
But even knowing the danger of hanging out with Akaashi, he still remained by his side. Believing that as long as they have each other, they'd both be alright.
