Chapter 6

Alcina POV

"Mama." (y/n) said softly, "What happened?" I asked not looking up from my book, I heard him mutter something, "Use your words love. Big boys use their words." I said as I turned the page, "A-accident." he said before he began to cry, "Come here darling." I said as I marked my page and put my book down before I picked him up, "Tell me honey. Was it a number one or a number two?" I asked, "T-tw-o." he sniffed, "I knew we should've gotten you potty trained sooner. But it's too late to lament that. Besides, Bela gave you an irrational fear of the toilet thanks to her 'Potty Monster'." I said, "Honestly, I swear that girl has an unhealthy obsession with you." I said as I got up and carried him to the bathroom.

After I changed (y/n), I took him to my room to put him down for a nap. I had to move him to my room so he could sleep, otherwise Bela would sneak into his room and wake him. He would be lucky to get any more than three or four hours of sleep per night. "Mama play!"  he said, "No my love. It's time for your nap." I said as I lied down next to him, and before long he crawled on top of me, grinning ear to ear. "(y/n). What are you doing?" I said, "Snuggle!" he said, "Very well." I said as I pulled him up onto my breasts and stroked his head gently. I hummed him a lullaby. Soon I heard him softly snoring , I gently rolled him into my arm and lied him on the bed. "sleep well my darling." I whispered softly as I kissed his forehead. I left the room and locked the door behind me.

Bela POV

I had known about Mother locking (y/n) in her room to sleep for some time now, "Soon my love. Soon all my diligent preparations will be complete and I shall claim what is mine." I said as I kissed his lips gently before spitting off to the side, "You taste like a filthy human. But don't worry, mother will make you better. I will make you better." I said as I raised my knife prepared to kill him, I spun the blade in my hand and cut his wrist deep. "No not yet. It's not your time yet, but soon. I promise." I said as I drank his blood before his wrist healed itself, "Aw, it healed quicker this time. Oh well, I shouldn't indulge in such an exquisite delicacy. My baby's blood is something very very special and will not be around much longer." I said before I left.
