Emilia's POV

We were at the airbase and in our flight suits. We all looked at the jet, waiting for Hank. It has been at least 15 minutes now.

"Where's Hank?" I asked, causing everyone to look at me.

"I'm here." I heard Hank say. We all looked forward to see a fluffy figure heading towards us.

"Hank?" Charles asked. The figure walked outinto the light and it was a blue furry Hank. I knew it was him because he stillhad his glasses on. I smiled at him. He just became more amazing to me.

"It didn't attack the cells

"It didn't attack the cells." Hank said. "It enhanced them. It didn't work."

"Yes, it did." I said, causing him to look at me. "It made you into something more amazing than you were. Don't you see? This is who are meant to be." He walked to me. "This is you, Hank." I grabbed his hand. "You're great." He smiled at me.

"Never looked better, man." Erik said, patting Hank on the arm. Hank suddenly grabbed Erik by the throat, choking him. I let go of his hand.

"Hank!" Charles warned. Hank growled at Erik.

"Don't. Mock me." Hank said.

"Hank, put him down immediately, please

"Hank, put him down immediately, please." Charles said. "Hank. Hank!" Hank dropped Erik. Erik looked up Hank.

"I wasn't." Erik said.

"Even I got to admit, you look pretty badass." Alex said. "I think I got a new name for you. Beast." Hank let out a low growl.

"You're sure you can this thing?" Banshee asked.

"Of course, I can." Hank said. "I designed it."

I was sitting on the right side of the cockpit, while Hank flew the jet.

"Looks pretty messy out there

"Looks pretty messy out there." Hank said.

"Crew of the Aral Sea are all dead." He said. "Shaw's been there."

"He's still here, somewhere." Erik insisted.

"He set the ship on course for the embargo line." Charles said.

"If that ship crosses the line, our boys are gonna blow it up." Moira said, from her set across from mine. "And the war begins."

"Unless they're not our boys." Charles said. I saw a missile flying beside us and a beeping went off. Hank made a hard left, causing me to hold onto my seat. "Hold on! Hold on!" I heard Hank roar as he steadied the jet.

"A little warning next time, Professor?" He asked Charles

"A little warning next time, Professor?" He asked Charles.

"Sorry about that." Charles said. "You alright?"

"Yeah." Banshee said.

"That was inspired, Charles." Moira said.

"Thank you very much, but I still can't locate Shaw." Charles said.

"He's down there." Erik said. "We need to find him now."

"Hank?" Charles asked.

"Is there anything unusual on the radar or scanners?" Hank asked me. I checked and saw nothing.

"Nope." I said. "Not a thing."

"Well, then he must be underwater." Hank said. "And obviously, we don't have a sonar."

"Yes, we do." Banshee said.

"Hank, level the bloody plane!" I heard Charles yell from the back. He did as Charles said.

"Beast, open the bomb bay doors!" Banshee said. Hank pressed a button.

"Alert the fleet, they may wanna take their cans off." Moira said into the radio. It was a minute before Charles spoke.

"Banshee's got a location on Shaw." He said.

"You know, you scared me today." I said to Hank. "When I found you gone and the cure wasn't in that needle, I thought you left. I didn't know what to think."

"I'm sorry if I scared you." He said, pushing some buttons. "I just...I needed some time to find out why the cure didn't work."

"You didn't need the cure to be normal, Hank." I said. "You were normal to me."

"I know." He said. "I just didn't wanna look different. Like I was broken or something."

"We're all a little broken." I said, looking at him. He looked at me. I smiled at him. Suddenly, I saw the submarine. "Holy crap." I pointed at it, causing Hank to look at it too. Hank started flying us to land. But then, I noticed a tornado start to form. "Hank!"

 "Hank!"
