Not really small I suppose, but that's not the point.
Lower Moon changes:
Not all of the hashira can just cut their heads off with ease as Giyuu did. The newer ones will still struggle against Lower Moons, but not as bad as they used to. The older hashira will still be able to kill Lower Moons with ease.
Upper Moon changes:
Upper Moons 6, 5, and 4 will be stronger than their canon counterparts.
Ranking:
Characters will clearly rank up. For example, when Yoriichi finishes a certain amount of missions, he will become a mizunoe.
Story changes:
I plan for the story to be longer and some arcs will be changed. For example, the Mugen Train arc will have a different name and a different set of events. The only one that will stay relatively the same is the Final Battle Arc.
This will be a written story first. I hope to translate the story into a comic once it's finished.
