The first thing George noticed upon waking was the ache in his bones and more specifically his back, the presence that was previously sleeping on top of him had left, leaving him curious as to where Dream was. He wiped at his eyes, stretching his arms and back, hearing several cracks and pops, the tension that had previously settled on his spine had lifted.

"G'morning" Dream smiled, walking into the living room, he must've recently showered as his hair was wet, he was shirtless with his towel dangled across his neck, light grey shorts covering his upper legs. He put his hands above his head, resting them on the door frame, Almost as if to flex his height, George swallowed harshly, keeping a smile.

George had never seen Dream shirtless, he was in no way muscular, he was an average build, somewhat similar to George yet just broader shoulders with a little more meat on him, his chest wasn't toned, it was simply just slim however his arms had more definition than the rest of his body.

"You're chirpy," George commented taking his gaze up to Dreams smiling face.

"Yeah, i felt bad after being snappy yesterday, i don't like when i feel like that it makes me an arsehole"

"As it does to most of us."

"I'm still sorry, for the things i said, i didn't mean them. You know i'm glad you're here, right"

"I know that," He paused, smiling up at dream, "Now stop worrying, it's fine. Promise."

"Pinkie promise?"

George shook his head, holding out his pinky, Dream walked over interlocking them, kissing it to lock it in.

"You're an idiot" George mumbled under his breath.

"Whatever George"

"I'm going to shower, won't be long" George stood, sliding past dream, their shoulders touching for a second causing him to shudder slightly.

"Okay, also, Quackity is coming over in a little, he said he needs to ask something."

"Oh, is he alright?" George turned, crossing his arms.

"I think so, he just said he needed advice."

"Right, okay, won't be long"

"You take ages, i won't count on it"

"Shut up"

George stepped into the bathroom, grabbing. a clean towel from the rack as he leant over switching the water on, he began to strip before stepping in, shivering slightly at the coldness.

He forgot that Dream tended to have ice cold showers, George wasn't sure why, but he didn't question it.

He turned the temperature up, moving about a little to conserve heat within himself as the water warmed, he let out a sigh of relief as it hit the perfect temperature, he began cleaning himself off and letting his mind wander.

Dream looked good earlier, he probably knew it too, the way he strutted with confidence. How he held himself against the doorframe, George let out a shaken breath finishing up, he switched the shower off and stepped out, wrapping the towel around himself. He stepped out of the bathroom and into the bedroom, he opened Dreams wardroom grabbing an old t-shirt of Dreams, it had the logo and print of a floridian sport team that George wasn't familiar with.

He pulled it over his frame, thankfully it was long enough to cover him up until just above his knee, he slid a pair of black boxers on and ruffled his hair in the towel to dry it a little more, he sprayed himself with deodorant and a little cologne he packed, just to smell nice.

He tucked his nose slightly into Dreams shirt, surely enough it smelt of him, a warm sense of calm came over his body and he smiled. He grabbed his dirty clothes and the towel and put them into the laundry basket, stepping into the hallway. Dream was talking to someone, so he walked into the living room seeing Dream sat opposite quackity talking to him, it seemed they were having a heart to heart, George felt bad strutting in now, in case he'd interrupted something.
