Part 41: benidorm

Benidorms just like the other trips, nothings different, the boredoms the same, seb does his buisness and i explore alone the majority of the time hes busy, the last day we decide we'll stay an extra day as an actual holiday day and we chose to go to the themeparks around
Terra mitica and aqualandia were our 2 choices and so we went.

We rode all the rides, even the water ones, i was terrified of everything but i have to admit it was such an adrenaline rush, we made our way over to the waterpark next door and saw the dolphin performance. Seb disappeared towards the end for a drink which was saddening as i knew he'd miss the best part of the show.

The instructors of the show came out and asked for a volunteer from the crowd and gosh ofcourse it had to be me, i make my way to them as they start preparing a bunch of stuff. They then suit me up and i head to the otherside of the pool with an instructor. And wait for instructions.

I get in the water and instantly a dolphin comes to my side, im told to hold onto the fin and i do, i get drug round the pool by this dolphin and then underwater next thing i know im flying out and its amazing! Who knew being a dolphin was so amazing. It wasn't until I realised their was someone else on the dolphin behind me, im placed on the edge of the pool by mine and then the other comes up behind and the rider lands infront of me and drops down on one of his knees

"Y/n y/m/n y/l/n, i know this trip hasnt been everything you imagined but i hope this ending is everything you ever wanted. I love you so much and I couldn't wish for anyone else by my side for the rest of my life, so will you please do the honour in making me the happiest man in the world... and marry me"

I couldn't believe him.. again?😂but this time it wasn't a cliche, it was cute and romantic and fun, quite unique if you ask me.

"Ofcourse i would" i kiss him passionately before he pulls away and shows me the ring he chose

It was my favourite gem stone on a beautiful band and wow it was perfect, he places it on my finger and kisses me once again. The crowd errupts in cheers as I forgot we were in such a public space i get slightly nervous.

So a perfect end to a great trip with the perfect person. Time to head home and see what life has to bring us there😘
