She showed every pictures where Jungkook wons prizes from school to painting alone in a room.

From playing piano in the music room to getting dirty in rain while helping ahjumma in garden.

Celebrating ahjumma's birthday to eating carrots like bunny instead of a cake

Saerin chuckle as she admired the 13 yr old with his chubby cheeks stuff with carrots while his eyes become jungshook looking at the camera.

"ahjumma why there's no pictures of his birthday??"

A thought emerged in Saerin's head, wondering there are every kids birthday celebration pictures but except Jungkook.

Jungkook only stand in a corner eating carrots while everyone eating cake in every photos

Ahjumma sigh sadly as she close the photo album. And putting it back in the shelf.

"because he never let us celebrate his birthday. He hates celebrating birthdays"

Ahjumma slowly walk toward the wooden sliding door. Seeing Jungkook playing outside with kids.

Smiling sadly a tear drop from her eyes seeing Jungkook

Saerin stood beside her as she worriedly glance at her while putting her hand on ahjumma's shoulder.

"what happened Ahjumma? Why Jungkook hate his own birthday ?"

Saerin face become more worried as she saw pain in her eyes seeing Jungkook outside.

"i don't know myself. He never told us so we never forced him to. But the deep pain his eyes tells alot"

What do you mean ahjumma?? He never told you his birthday that means he wasn't with you since his birth?? And what pain you're talking about??!"

Ahjumma got worried seeing her tense face with so much worry. She pulled Saerin toward the sofa where they were seeing Jungkook's old photo album.

She gently push her down on the sofa to sit while she sat infront of Saerin. Helding her soft hands. As she look up at her before gulping down the big lump on her throat

"listen my child. Don't worry much or else it will effect your health. I still can't forget the day i saw my poor lil kookie on a very terrible condition for the first time"

She sigh as she closed her eyes to calm herself down.

"he was 10 yr old lil boy when he came here. And seeing him first time in that condition clenched my heart. That's why the only thing i did is quickly hold him in my warm hug. I didn't asked him anything because i felt the only thing he need is love. Not multiple questions"

Saerin quickly hug the ahjumma as she shivered remembering Jungkook's past.

Patting her back, saerin comfort her while her heart also clenched thinking about her husband's past which she didn't even know much about but seeing the condition of Ahjumma its enough to show how terrible it was.

Ahjumma pulled away from hug as she cup Saerin's hands in her hands in her shivery hands.

"my child. I know you probably also curious about his past. But just understand this. Never asked him until he himself told you. After so long. For the first time i saw the glow on his face"
