Um, so, I learned something new about myself today! In 11 days I have to go on a plane. I have a six hour layover in Chicago! I am going on this trip to see family! I love flying, but, it makes me feel...anxious..?
Any tips on how to deal with this anxiety is very much appreciated! Thx!
