Nandini entered the store and saw Manik busy in his phone
"Itni jaldi jaldi mujhe bulaya aur khud time pass kar rahe ho" Nandini said as Manik was standing there browsing on his phone
He looked up and kept looking at her. Mesmerized. Admiring
"Kya?" Nandini asked him frowning and he just nodded a no turning away and guided her to the guitar section
"They have a beautiful collection..." Nandini said looking around
"Hain na... I thought so..." he said and added "Main ne select kar liya hai apne pasand ka... Aab tum select karo and then we will see which on eto take..." he said standing behind her
"Hmm" Nandini hmmmed. Manik saw her bag was open and was going to close it when he saw a royal blue premium box. He ws about to get it when Nandini slapped his hand away closing her bag.
"Bad manners" she said showing him eyes
"Accha?" he asked back hugging her and she was shocked
"Manik kya kar rahe ho?" she whispered yelled at him
"Kya kar raha hu" he shrugged holding her more intimately
"Manik koi dekh lega... We are in public" she mumbled feeling shy
"Accha... Dekhne do... Kisi se nahi darta main... Biwi ho meri" he said keeping his chin on her shoulder and she smiled
She standing in his arms she screened the guitars and he asked her "Accha kya tha woh... Gift? Kiske liye?" she looked at him giving him a look as if you don't know
"Mere liye? Par kyu? What's the occasion?" he said acting all unaware
"Do that Manik Malhotra and I'll kick you out the room at night and make sure you don't see my face tomorrow the whole day and night" she said gritting her teeth
"Hmmm" he said rubbing his lips on her neck and she jumped in surprise
"Will you be able to do that Mrs Malhotra... Especially tomorrow, the anniversary of the day when we did it for first time..." He said and bite her ear lobe
"Shaadi bhi hui thi humari kal... Mr one track mind" she said turning around and pushing him away a bit
"Now go stand there..." she said pointing to a corner
"Par Nand..." He tried to reason out
"Go... You are distracting me" she said
"I am distracting you" he asked her naughtily
"Manik I am..." She started to scold him but he cut her off
"I am going but then promise me you are not leaving me the whole day" he asked forwarding his hand like a baby. She knew he didn't want to let her go as she was away from him for two days and that makes him cranky.
"Haan Baba I promise thik hai" she said holding his hand and he like a an obident kid went and stood in one corner
Nandini once again look through the guitars and she liked one. She put her hand forward and creased it lovingly
She felt his presence again behind him and murmured "45 seconds" she was counting in her mind how much time he could stand away from her and excatly 45 seconds later he was back.
"They say husband and wife develope same taste in yers... I guess it's right... I liked the same one..." He said holding the guitar and removing it from the stand and it looked like he was back hugging her
