"The dosa at Vidyathi Bhavan, it's out of the world!" Varun told her

"It's crispy from outside and soft inside and it's yum" he added

"Accha I want this traditional skirt top and I heard there is this famous shop over there can you help me?" she said showing him the name

"Oh my Amma knows about this shop" he said making her grin

"I'll ask her and tell you" he said and she nodded eagerly

"Just don't tell Dad and Maa, I want to give them a surprise" she said

"Hi Varun, get back to work" Manik ordered as Avni bid bye to him and followed Manik into his cabin

"What are you doing here?" Manik asked her. After the closet incident Avni was getting more free because she got to know that- one, MaNan cared about her and second, there was something big behind them staying away.

"Cabir Chachu said aapke office ke canteen mein bahut acchi Frankie milti hai, order one for me" she said sitting on a seat and then swriling it around the cabin

"Avni you should not disturb my employees while they work" he told her sternly

"Arey but I asked him if he was free or not and only then I started to talk" she said still swriling around

"Kiddo you will get hurt haan" Manik warned her and took his intercom and ordered Nitya to get two frankies for them

"What were you talking to him?" Manik asked

"I was taking his interview" Avni said

"For what?" he asked her and held her seat when she reached near him

"I had this social studies project to interview the migrants who are here for work" she told him

"So asked Dadu for the details of your and his team and I am interviewing everyone who are from other cities" she said and he shook his head

"Apki salary kitni hai?" she asked him and Manik looked at her

"I don't have salary I have share in profit" he said

"Phir bhi kitna kama lete ho?" she asked

"Why are you asking me questions a girl's father would ask her suitor" he said and she made a bad face

"Accha should I give you a situation?" she asked

"Can you be silent for a minute" he said and she again made a face

"Haan" he said closing his laptop and looking at her

"In near future, if I get my boyfriend to meet you then what will you do?" she asked

"I'll meet him, talk to him, know him, test him that is he capable for you and if you really want to be with him and if he is the perfect guy for you, I'll say a yes" he said making her nod her head

"You have a boyfriend?" he asked

"No" she answered shrugging her shoulder
