Underneath The Hat

Balan - *sniffles*

Male Reader - B-Balan?

Male Reader POV - I slowly rubbed his back as he shook holding me close we stayed silent for awhile hearing nothing but the water running.

Balan - I-....don't ever leave me

Male Reader - H-huh? What do you mean why would you think that?

Male Reader POV - He hugged me tighter sobbing softly.

Male Reader - Balan what's gotten into you? *frowns*

Balan - *tears* I-I apologize for this display for how I'm acting infront of you

Male Reader POV - I pulled back slightly  looking into his eyes as he kept crying gently I moved my hand up thinking for a moment before smiling.

Male Reader - Balan can I ask you something?

Balan - *tears*

Male Reader - ....Why are you wearing your hat in the shower?

Male Reader POV - I saw his eyes go wide still having tear flow down his face shaking alittle.

Male Reader - We've been together for awhile and I've never seen you without your hat are you hiding some sort of pain like a cut?

Balan - I...I simply can't tell you...it's certainly not an injury though

Male Reader - Then why not? If it's not an injury why can't you let me see you without a hat?

Balan - .....

Male Reader POV - I gently reached up lifting his hat up off his head until he grabbed my wrist giving me an angry stare causing my eyes to go wide.

Balan - I said no!!! kindly respect that!!!!!

Male Reader POV - Tears flowed down my face as he yelled at me letting go of his hat as he moved my wrist back down before letting go.

Balan - ....I'm going downstairs you may come down and see me if you wish

Male Reader POV - I saw him began to get out of the shower taking a towel next to him drying his body before wrapping the towel around his waist leaving me standing there sobbing softly as he shut the bathroom door behind me.

Male Reader POV - Getting fresh clothes on frowning my eyes were all red and puffy as I continued to get my clothes on. Once I've gotten fully dressed my body made its way on the edge of the bed sitting down sniffiling.  "Why was Balan yelling at me and being so nasty? He's never done that before" it was my fault though it wasn't my place to talk and it wasn't my business still maybe I should leave him alone for awhile.

Balan POV - I was downstairs setting the table for lunch frowning not so much as angry as I was sad for yelling at (Y/N). Suddenly footsteps approached me looking over I saw him coming down the stairs quietly.

Balan - Would you care for some lunch? I've taken the liberty to make us food while you were in the shower from before

Male Reader - O-ok

Balan POV - I gave a small frown seeing (Y/N) walk over to the table sitting down looking anywhere but my gaze

Balan - (Y/N)....

Male Reader - ......

Balan POV - Their was nothing but silence as I took a seat both of us began to eat lunch together. Guilt hit my chest for what happened before I knew eventually I'd have to tell (Y/N) everything show my real appearance...would he be scared would he still love me? Looking over he was casually moving his food around taking little bites now and then not saying a word. I cleared my throat before speaking trying to lighten the mood for us.
