"so, am I allowed to help her?" I asked politely

"no-" dad got cut off by mom 

"do as you please child, I know you would want her safety but please don't go too far," mom said 

"but-" dad got cut off AGAIN 

"it's okay, she's old enough to know what's right and what's wrong" mom whispered to dad

"yes" I mumbled stressing on the 's' part

"But I have a condition" mom continued 

"ugh your conditions" I whined

(istg my mom does this every time)

"you will only give her tips and not actually Mendel with her stuff" mom said

"hm deal," I said

y/n pov:

I was leaning against the door blasting music in my headphones and waiting for crystal to come out. she quietly tiptoed out

"what happened," I asked in curiosity

"oh nothing" she replied with a smug smile

we headed to my room

"so yn, a little birdie told me that you're student council's new treasurer" she started

"yes, I am" I replied

"by now you must know that it isn't any ordinary school," she said

"ah I sure do" I replied

"so, do you find someone intriguing?" she asked

"hm not really...except this one girl" my voice trailed off

"who?" she asked

"her name is Yumeko jabami" I started

"Yumeko jabami" she mumbled

"do you perhaps know her?" I asked

"no, but I have heard this last name before," she said

"well bami is a lot common in the top students of our academy," I said

"Yumeko jabami, kirari momobami, ririka momobami" i gave examples

"hm no, the word was a lot similar to jabami" she put a finger on her chin in confusion 

"Terrano totobami" she mumbled

"who?" I asked

"I got the name, its Terrano totobami," she said

"who's she?" I asked

"a great friend of mine who I lost contact with" she started

"anyway, I'll call her up later, for now, tell me is something going wrong in your life?" she asked

"I don't know, Yumeko and kirari they're both suddenly being so nice to me," I said

"nice? hmph they're the opposite of nice, you are being pushed around" she huffed

"what?" I asked

"they're planning something, I have to know about it" she mumbled

"for now, whichever questions they ask you give wrong answers," she said,

"but why?" I asked 

"do as I say till the time I don't get to the end of this," she said and walked away from my room

crystal pov:

I dialed Terrano's number 

"Hello?" I asked

"oh if it isn't the wonderful mafia queen," she said sarcastically

"haha funny" I copied her sarcasm

"so, what do you want?" she asked,

"why would I want something?" I asked

"don't try to act innocent, everyone has a reason to talk to someone," she said

"ok fine, but can we meet at the cafe for it?" I asked

"hmm sure, be there in 5 and you're paying," she said

"sure" I chuckled 

at the cafe

crystal pov:

I stepped into the cafe to see Terrano already there with a smug smile

"long time no see Terrano" I chuckled

"cut to the chase crystal," she said impatiently

"hm getting impatient are we, anyway I have a deal for you," I said

"what deal?" she asked

"oh so now you're curious," I said

"agh shut up, tell me the deal," she said

bami family and hirari family have been great friends hence, us

"I can help you become the head of the bami family," I said stoically 

"oh how?" she said with her full attention towards me

"not so fast young lady, I want something in return" i smirked

"I should've known better" she said and grabbed her bag and about to leave

"you don't wanna know what I want?" I asked and grabbed her wrist

"fine make it quick," she said and sat back again

"so... I want you to help me change y/n's personality," i said

"oh your sister y/n?" she asked and raised a brow

"yeah her"

"what is in it for me?" she asked

"hm, if yn goes up against kirari, then you might just get the role as the president and hence the head of the family" i smirked

"hm deal, lets meet at your house later tonight" she said and walk away from the cafe
