It's been a week since that incident with teyana happened Laila is eating now but barley sleeping we gave teyanas phone to one of the homies waiting for someone to hit her up but no one has yet

Me-LAILA
Laila- what
Me- You eat today

Me- How are you feeling today

She said as she walked back upstairs the living arrangements are still the same kids with nana and everyone else over here or over at bosses it's just safer for the moment me and Jas were sitting at the table talking

Before we could continue the conversation my phone went off it was boss

Me- Wassup
Boss- The phone got a hit

After hearing that I got up and went to another room can't get everyone's hopes up yet

Me-yea ?
Boss- Yea look I don't want everyone to get up yet but umm you and Jas come to my place
Me- Ight be there soon

With that I went back into the room told Jas boss needed us and we were about to head out after I told Laila I was leaving I went into our room to see her laying down

Me- Baby I'm leaving
Laila- mhm
Me- Mami
Laila- Just go it's ok
Me- I'll be back
Laila- Just leave Cameron

I knew she didn't want me to go but I had to I kissed her head and me and Jas left

After I heard the door close I rolled over and looked at the wall and kinda dazed off I haven't seen my son or my brother or baby girl in so long I miss them so much. I can barley talk to cam or anyone else for that matter.On top of that I think my depression is coming back I get urges to take pills or slit my wrist I don't but I want to anything to make the pain go away

Nicki POV
me and Yas are laying down just watching a movie while things are calm

Yas- I hate that there going through this
Me- Me too I mean that's part of the game but damn no one expected this

Me- I don't know And don't start the whole college thing cuz I'm not doing it

Jasmine POV
Cam filled me in during the drive now we're heading listening to the dude go over what we're they pieced together

Guy- So this number been blowing her up I tracked it over a few days and it stayed in the area Since it's a bill phone the number belongs to a Nancy grey
Cam- Who the hell is that
Boss- Was the bastard married
Cam- Idk I doubt it
Me- Wait when she was trinna mess with Yas I remember she went over her house the lady name was Nancy
Boss- You think she's was in on the whole thing
Me-She could be yas told me she said it was her sister but she looked to old to be that

Laila POV
I woke up hungry and decided to try and make a sandwich as I was making it I felt nauseous so I just stopped and went back upstairs and Took some nausea medicine when I moved the cabinet over I eyed the pain medicine Cam had for her injury I tried to ignore it so I just walked away I was never into pills to get through something

Cameron POV
We pulled up to the ladies house and just scoped it out I mean it wasn't the hood it was actually a good community soon a car pulled up in the driveway and a black lady with blonde hair got out with a car seat

Jas- Aye you think that's him
Me- Only one way to find out
Jas- No call boss we can't run up on her in this white ass neighborhood
Me- Man you right ok go ahead

With that she called boss and he was sending people I prayed that was my son I mean it's been months I just want my family back to normal about 15 minutes later boss pulled up

Boss- Your call what u wanna do
Me- Sneak break her back door and let me in someone grab her so she doesn't scream and find the baby
Boss- You heard her

With that they broke the door and she was sitting on the couch but no baby she seen us and screamed

Laila POV

I walked out to the balcony and looked over That drop would end everyone all the pain and suffering I've had to endure. I turned around contemplating it one last time. And faced the outside with tears down my face I've been a good ass person and didn't do anything. Why must I always be the one to suffer But that would all end soon I stood up and looked over as I let the wind take my body as I closed my eyes and prepared to lean back I heard a Loud no and before I could stop myself I felt nothing

Cameron POV
After getting the lady settled I sent them searching for the baby she brought in they liked everyone and couldn't find the baby. We finally had to ask her

Me- Where's the baby
Lady- What baby
Jas- Bitch the baby you came in with
Lady- I have no idea what you mean

Before I knew it I smacked her with the hand making her shout out

Me- Look I don't have time for these game where the fuck is the baby
Lady- I'll never tell

Jas put a gun to her head

Her eyes darted directly to a bookshelf

Before I knew it I was on his shit We we're fighting it out til some of the guys broke us up

I pulled out my gun so fast before jas handled it for me

Boss- For the final time she is in charge and anyone who has a problem with it will be dealt with this is not the time nor Place

I got fed up and started looking through them myself I pulled down one book and the shelf divided showing a room with a crib All These thoughts running through my mind before I could even more towards it what if it wasn't him what if we had to keep searching I finally built up the courting and walked towards the crib When I got there my son was in there sleeping I fell immediately it was Khari it's really him it's all I've time Jasmine ran over to hell me up I held my son and kissed him so much it's true nothing is stronger than a mothers lover and I haven't felt that as much as I did in this moment and Jas called Nicki

Me- Rose we got khari
Rose- What
Me- We found him

I heard footsteps followed by a loud no and heard the phone drop

Me- ROSE, ROSE WHATS WRONG

Cameron turned around to look at me

Without even thinking we left the house after making sure Khari was safe in the car Cam took off for the house fast as soon as she parked I ran in the house screaming Rose's name I found her in Cam and Lailas room on the floor by the balcony crying
