I rolled my eyes and keep myself calm because he kept on asking if I am okay for the ninth time.
"I'm okay. fine. good. better. Hakob." but he still looking at me and wondering if I'm telling the truth. What's wrong ba sa pag smile? Yes, I'm not smiling like this before but ugh, Hakob is really annoying.
He still not believing kaya naman my smiles just vanish throughout the day and he keeps on checking me if I was okay, if everything is okay like what the hell is going on?!.
Mabilis na natapos lahat ng class kaya right after the teacher said that we may go ay agad na ako dumiretso sa boarding house because ate Tina will visit me today so I need to clean my room but of course Hakob, ang pambansang epal just block my way.
"Are you in a hurry?" his face was full of question pero tinulak ko lang sya at mabilis na lumabas ng classroom. Naramdaman ko na sumunod sya sakin but the hell I care.
I clean my room and everything here sa house and Hakob is helping me even he doesn't have any idea what is going on. He keep on asking pa din kanina but wala ako sinagot kahit isa and as I put all cleaning materials sa storage room ay may biglang kumatok, I was about to open the door but naunahan ako ni Hakob.
I'm still behind on the back of Hakob when he opens the door and as I expected si ate Tina yung dumating. Both of them are looking at each other with a surprised look. "This is 408 room, right?" Ate Tina asked, she still doesn't know that I have a roommate here and I forgot to tell her about this.
"Yes." Hakob answer politely. "I guess you were looking for Rachel Anne Dela Fuentes because she's the only person that I know who will have a visitor today because.." before he say something na magiging cause para masermonan ako ni Ate Tina ay tinakpan ko na yung bibig nya.
"Oh, Hi ate Tina! you may come in na" I said, and saka ko pinakawalan si Hakob and ate Tina looked at me with a lot of questions in her face.
"if you need something nasa room lang ako." paalam ni Hakob at pumasok na sya sa kwarto nya at nagulat si ate Tina nung nakita nya kung saang room pumasok si Hakob.
I just smile and pumunta sa kitchen to prepare foods and I stopped on what I'm doing when ate Tina suddenly ask a question. "Who is he? don't tell me he is your--" before she finished her sentence sumagot na ako.
"he is just my roommate, he is actually my classmate and that's it," I said without looking at her.
but I can feel ate smile na nang aasar kaya I looked up and tama nga ako. "Stop it ate. He is just a roommate."
"wala naman ako sinasabi huh, ang tanong ko lang naman kung sino siya."
matagal akong tumitig kay ate bago ko ituloy yung ginagawa ko na pagluto ng favorite namin na pasta dishes. "I know what you are thinking ate"
"you never let anyone use that room that's why I'm wondering who is he and I'm surprised na may kasama ka." she has a point naman.
"tita Marielle caught me from doing crazy things, you know what I mean. That's why he is here." and I heard ate Tina's laugh. She has a right to do that kaya naman nakitawa na lang din ako.
Ate Tina smiles widely and she holds my hand. "Faith will be so happy that finally, you have a roommate na. I can sense that he is trustworthy so I can see that you are safe when you are with him, at least mapapanatag na kami dahil may kasama ka na." she is right, Hakob is a trustworthy person naman sadyang epal lang talaga.
After I finished cooking foods si Ate Tina na yung tumawag kay Hakob to join us in early dinner. My smile was still there kaya naman ayan na naman yung tingin ni Hakob na nagtataka kaya natawa na lang ako.
