So I had the thought of comparing some of the main villains from various JoJo parts with JJBATR's overarching main villain, Akkio Shibute (and yes, Shibute is the main villain in case you were blissfully unaware). I'm just gonna go through the villains one by one and see how Shibute would fair in a 1v1 with any of them. If you have any thoughts on this, I'd be happy to hear them.
Dio Brando: Dio is smart, but as of Part 1, he lacks STANDO POWAH, so that gives Shibute an advantage. However, if Shibute were to be face to face with the man he hates above all others, he would completely lose his shit. As such, Shibute wouldn't be acting as strategically as he normally would be. Regardless, I think Three Days Grace is enough to take down Part 1 Dio, especially when Dio can't even see what's tearing him to shreds.
Kars: It doesn't really matter if Kars is ultimate or not. Kars absolutely stomps Shibute in this matchup. In a realistic scenario, Shibute would realize that he's outmatched and he'd use Three Days Grace's smokescreen to try and flee. Whether or not that would work is up for debate.
DIO: If Part 1 Dio made Shibute go apeshit, then Part 3 DIO is a whole other level of rage. A full on Stand Duel between father and son would be interesting to see, but I feel like timestop is the deciding factor. Shibute lost to Jotaro because of the timestop, so it's safe to say that DIO would use it to his advantage as well.
Yoshikage Kira: Alright, this is an interesting one. Killer Queen would definitely give Shibute a hard time. Honestly, this fight would be a battle of wits as much as it is a battle of stands. These two are probably the most strategic matchup in these scenarios. However, I think that Shibute holds a VERY slight edge over Kira because of Three Days Grace's unmatched speed (remember, not even Star Platinum could keep up with it). If we give Kira the power of Bites the Dust, I think he may be able to take the win if he uses it intelligently.
Diavolo: King Crimson is OP, that's pretty obvious. Skipping time will be Diavolo's best friend in this fight. Shibute does have a possible advantage since he has Diavolo's journal, so he MIGHT know about how King Crimson works. However, there isn't much he can do about it. So I think Diavolo would win in a 1v1.
Pucci: I'm actually planning on having an interaction between these two happen a bit of a ways down the line, so I'll save this little bit for that time.
