Beck's POV
Jade and Cat are on their phones right now. They are probably texting each other. I can see Cat smiling like a kid and Jade who's furrowing her eyebrows.
I wasn't surprised about the conversation a while ago, Jade and I's relationship. I tried to lie and dodge it off but she already told the truth. It's a good thing that we won't need to pretend to our friends anymore though.
We both aren't still comfortable talking about our breakup because things went pretty fast. Thankfully, Cat was able to get everyone's attention...in the worst way possible.
We didn't notice that the program has already started because we just kept talking. After a while, the emcee acknowledged us. Wait, is that Sinjin? lol. At least he looks less weird now.
"Are you guys up for a little jamming over here?" he says.
We all looked at each other for a while. "Just do it!" Sikowitz says.
"Okay. Let's go!" we all agreed and stood up, including Jade. It's good that she's having fun.
Everyone applauds.
As we walk to the stage, they gave us our mics, and "Five Fingaz to the Face" starts to play. We all danced.
Andre began singing, "You know I flaunt cha
'Cause girl, I really want cha"
"And you looking nice
Got me cooler than a bag of ice now...," Tori continued.
"Freeze, freeze, freeze," We sang all together.
"Now go" - Trina
"Drop it fast and move it real slow" - Robbie
"Ho...What?" We said in sync.
"You smell so fruity" - Trina
"I'm a pirate and you're my booty, arg" - Andre
"So move it in close," I rapped in a baritone voice.
"And let me have my daily dose" - Robbie
"Ah," The girls exclaimed.
"Girl, I've been thinking 'bout you
Thinking 'bout me" - Andre
"What do you think about it?" Robbie asked in Rex's voice.
"Five fingers to the face
Five fingers to the face." Cat sang and we all mimicked the DJ's movements.
"Oh, it's like that" - Andre
"Five fingers to the face" - Tori
"Five fingers to the face" - Jade
"I love Martina, Vanessa, and Georgina" I sang while dancing.
"It's a ladies choice
So I'ma make sure to make some noise" - Andre
"Hoooo, Woooh, Woooh" The small crowd screamed while dancing with us.
"And now we're sweating
Got my turbo engine revving" - Robbie
"Oh, they stop and stare
All the haters think it's just not fair" Jade sang passionately.
"That I'm six foot one and I'm tons of fun
And I'm about to put this club in gear
So fellas, grab a cup" - Robbie
"What?" Andre and I said.
"All my ladies, you know what's up," Robbie in Rex's voice adds.
"Yeah!" The ladies yelled.
"Put your hands in the sky if you're feeling fly" - Robbie
"And tell me that you what?" We all said.
"Cause I'm the man in charge" - Andre
"And you know I'm living large" - Jade
"I got a big white house and a fancy yacht" - Tori
"And a garage full of classic cars" - Trina
"What you talking 'bout, boy?" - Tori
"Oh, calm down" - Andre
"I know you don't think you can just come up in here and buy me," Cat rapped in a sassy voice.
"Come on" - Andre
"You know what I got for you?" - Jade
"Five fingers to the face
Five fingers to the face, haha" Cat sang while Robbie makes screeching noises.
"Five fingers to the face" - Tori
"Five fingers to the face, yeah" The girls sang to each other.
"HooooooOoo" We yelled and they all applauded.
We went to the crowd and continued partying. Moments later, I took a bottle of champagne and popped it.
"Cheers for H.A.!" Cat yelled as we all toast.
10:00 PM
The venue is slowly getting emptied and our little party was already done. After planning our sudden vacation, we decided to go home since most of our batchmates already did. Yes, they were suddenly so down about it. I don't know, it's the alcohol, maybe. Sikowitz left half an hour ago, followed by Robbie, Andre, Tori, and Trina. "See you next week!" Cat yells as she leaves Jade with me. I can see Jade's irritated face right now.
"I'll drive you home," I told her.
"My driver's picking me up. He said he's already minutes away," She said.
"Okay," I told her and beside her on the sidewalk.
"What are you still doing here?" She asked.
"Waiting for your driver to pick you up?" I then answered.
"You can go now," She said firmly.
"No. It's already getting late. I won't leave you here beside the street," I insisted.
"I know. That's why you should already go home. I can handle myself," Jade says and rolls her eyes after. I held her hand which made us fall into silence. I don't know why but I just did. Both of our eyes met. I thought they'd be furious but they weren't; I can see a hint of calmness on it. We both looked away awkwardly when we realized what was happening.
Fortunately, her driver came before she could debate with me.
"Toodles!" I said cutely and waved her goodbye.
"Shut up!" She answered as she shuts her car door.
I found myself beaming as I went to my car. First, because I hung out with my friends after a while, and secondly, I'm not telling you! ;)
