I woke up in a void. Where the hell am I? This is so confusing

'You: Okay then...wait a minute, whose voice is that'

Girl: Your wife~

I found myself to be laying on a bed in a room. I look around until my eyes lays on a very beautiful girl

'You: She's beautiful'

Girl: Well thank you honey~

You: Who are you? Where am I?

Lilith: Well, my name's Lilith but you can call me anything you like~as for where you are you're in my room which is in your head
