It was pure chaos in Vale. Grimm are flooding into Vale causing panic into the civilians trying to get to safety. What makes the situation more worst is the White Fang are using the chaos to attack the already panicking civilians. Atlas is doing all they can to hold back the incoming hordes of Grimm while saving the civilians. They are using their newly developed androids against the incoming enemies which proves to be effective. However, no matter how effective these androids are, the amount of negative emotions from the panicked civilians already attracts more and powerful Grimm to Vale. Ironwood is shouting out orders to his soldiers on his ship
Ironwood: Rescue the civilians, they are our most top priority! We cannot let them die!
Soldiers: Yes, sir!
He then turns to Winter who is standing beside him
Ironwood: Winter, I need you on the ground for this. With you on the ground, the men will have high moral and a command structure
Winter: Yes, sir!
She was about to leave until Ironwood put his hand on her shoulder
Ironwood: I know you are worried about your sister but trust in her, she's a very good pilot
Winter knows that Weiss is training to be a pilot for the UAAF along with the fact that Y/N was the one training her, calms Winter down slightly believing in that Y/N's training will keep Weiss alive. She nodded as Ironwood let go of her shoulder and Winter left for the gunships. She boarded the nearest gunship along with some soldiers and androids. The gunship took from the mother ship and descents into the chaos. As they were descending, Winter clutches her rapier tightly while praying
Winter: Y/N... Please save us...
With RWBY
Team RWBY are at the front lines killing as many Grimms as they can. A Boarbatusk attacks Weiss which she sidesteps and Yang comes in and uppercuts leaving its belly open. Weiss slashed its belly opened as it squeals to death
Weiss: Thanks for the assist
Yang gives a thumbs-up
Yang: I've got your back, Ice Queen
Unaware of a Beowolf behind her lunges at her but was shot in the head by a sniper rifle. Weiss look to the side knowing full well who did it
Ruby: Less chit chat and more killing
Ruby switch her weapon into scythe form slashed an Ursa's head off while walking towards her two teammates
Ruby: Where's Blake?
Weiss: I don't know. We got separated during the attack
Suddenly they were being shot at by White Fang members forcing them to took cover
Yang: Shit! The White Fang are here too!
Weiss: They must have used the attack as cover for their move!
Her scroll rings as she look to see Ozpin's ID and answer it
Weiss: Hello, Headmaster Ozpin
Ruby provide sniper fire to hold them back from rushing them as Yang prepares to take them out if they got too close
Ozpin: Hello, Ms. Schnee. I have reports that multiple Nevermores are heading in this direction, numbering around 60 to the west. Sitri Squadron are sent to intercepted them with Gremory Squadron as escorts. But that's not all, there is another flock of Nevermores coming in from the south of Union and are heading in the direction of the academy, we need you to intercepted them quickly. I have already notified Ms. Nikos about this and is waiting for you, Ms. Xiao Long and Ms. Belladonna
