"Hey guys, I'm home-" Ranboo dropped his bag, which was already halfway down his shoulder, in shock, being greeted by a tear-stained Tommy. "Tommy? What happened?" Ranboo asked while swinging himself over the back of the sofa. "He had a dream about going back into the system." Tubbo interjected. 'He's making Cola cake. Awe...' "Tommy..." Ranboo pulled him into a hug, "I'd never let that happen, ok? I'll be here always."

"O-ok"

"You trust me right?"

"Of course" Tommy huffed out into Ranboo's shoulder.

"What do you want for dinner big man? I got $40 worth of tips today, so it's your lucky day." "REALLY!?" Tubbo and Tommy shouted in shock. "Yeah, yeah, though we're saving half. So, $20 dollars. What do you want, Tommy?" "Well, can we have Mexican food?! I've missed itttttt.

———

The cake's half eaten on the table, the Mexican food devoured, a Dr. Pepper and two Cokes on the coffee table, and the og Spider-Man movie playing. "Hey, are either of you up?" "I am, Tommy's not." Tubbo responds while getting up, picking up the Mexican food trash and Tommy's empty coke can. "Do you wanna explain a little bit about your past? Just a little?" "Well," Ranboo starts while getting up to put up the cake. "What do you want a part of?" "How'd you end up on the street, Boo?" "Well, my mom was horrible at being a mom and my dad was never home. He was basically there to pay bills. I got so sick of it, so I ran out. I left and slept on the streets." "How old were you?"

"Eleven."

"What?!"

"Yea, I went back after one or two months later, and I found no reason to stay. My dad saw me there though, tried to hit me with a bottle, I grabbed it and hit him. I left for an hour, to let off steam, and all I could do was watch my mom pass slowly when I came back."

"Oh my God...Ranboo I'm so sorry."

"It's not your fault Tubs." Ranboo said with a faint smile. He opened his arms and Tubbo hugged him tight. "You still didn't deserve that."

Ranboo played with tubbo's hair. "You and Tommy didn't deserve the shit you went through either."

"No one deserves that."

"Yea," Ranboo sighed, "no one does."
