Jay and others were still confused. Ariv composes himself and tells them seeing their confused faces that no one had any idea about her four operations. Now, the question was that when she was in security, Bhishma was in contact of her security teams then how did she got 4 operations and what was she operated for and when and where?!

"Stop shouting you all! We are in hospital!" Avneesh scolds them all in a hushed tone.

"This is impossible! ये हो ही नहीं सकता! She never had any other operation except that one!" Bhishma says with shock written all over his face which shocks them more that even Bhishma had no idea about what doctors are talking about. Now the seniors were shocked too with the doctors and look at each other.

[ Translation : "This is impossible! This can't happen! She never had any other operation except that one!" ]

"But the marks on her body and the complications in her body are telling a different story, Uncle. And those complications are more dangerous to her than anything else which needs utmost care even in her daily life or her little carelessness will take her life away."

They get stunned hearing a new information. Vineet's eyes widen with shock as he hears such news.

"खाने-पीने का ध्यान रखना, exercising, healthy food without too much spices and everything. ये हो ही नहीं सकता कि उसे खुद पता ना हो इन operations के बारे में।" They all look at Dr. Sakshi speechlessly. None had any idea about her critical health condition.

"So, this is why she didn't want to eat the food Aunty cooked on her arrival." Rajveer says looking at Manav but they all hear him as Manav nods thoughtfully.

"Now that you have no idea about this then there is only one reason left, and i.e., she is hiding it deliberately." They all frown at Sakshi's words which implicated that she has been hiding something since day one.

"She is hiding something?! But why would she do that?! She could have told us that her health is having issues!" Anshuman says frowning. Kabir and Rohan exchange looks like Ritesh and Ariv.

"She could have only if she wanted to which makes it clear that she does not want to tell you the reason behind her bad health." Dr. Tahira says making them exchange frowned looks.

"Because she knew we will ask her questions." Tej completes her sentence making her nod and others shock and tensed.

'Why are you doing this, Nishu? Firstly that car accident and now these operations?' Anshuman thinks looking at the door of the room she was kept in.

"There is definitely something which she is trying her best to hide and as her doctors we need to know that." Dr. Sakshi says professionally.

'But why would she hide something from her own family?' Aniket thinks looking at the floor and frowns slightly. They all had similar questions.

Vihaan and Tej were confused hearing the info, not knowing how to react while others were also asking the same questions in their minds, what is she hiding and why?
