At the Hospital 🏥 :

"What's going on with her? Is it really just the medicines? She looked too much angry for her own good! Even her blood pressure was too high!" Tej says frowning worriedly.

"Firstly, tell me what happened that she got this much angry?" Avinash asks patiently while Nishant stands silently with hands on his waist and a slight frown adorning his handsome face.

Vihaan tells them what happened adding with a frown, "It's such a small matter then why did she got this much mad and made a big deal out of it?"

Avinash laughs lightly as he looks at Nishant who rolls his eyes after hearing the case and says looking at Vihaan, "We told you that her anger is coming from the medicines. She is being childish on small issues and gets angry too easily. Thanks to the medicines. It's normal. Nothing to worry."

"This is normal?!" Arika asks frowning at the doctor friends.

"Yeah. Don't worry. Make a habit of it for sometime because it will happen more often." Avinash says and they sigh with relief that it's not something bad.

"But how did her blood pressure get high so quickly?" Manav asks and pokes his right inner cheek with his tongue.

"Her body complications are also doing some issues that's why." Nishant says and they nod thoughtfully.

"You think her body complications can be too harmful?" Vihaan's question makes them all look at him only to find his worried face.

"I don't want to lie to you. Her body complications has always been very dangerous before even coming back to India as she told us that's why she always had to be very careful. But when Avni shot her two times at very sensitive spot of her body near the heart verticals exactly at the time when her health was very low due to the cyclic vomiting, that made it worse because her blood pressure has been fluctuating before that incident." Avinash says and Nishant adds, "And that's why the medicines are doing issues. That's why we are warning you again and again to not to anger her."

This makes Vihaan's blood boil and he clenches his jaw looking away thinking, 'How come Mom-Dad never knew?!'

"उसके ब्लड प्रेशर का बार-बार हाई होना is not a good thing. Be thoughtful and careful around her while you talking to her. वो कुछ बोले गुस्से में, बोलने दो, चीखे या चिल्लाए, try to calm her down. प्यार से बात करो, no need to reply her angrily even if you don't like her words because like we said earlier, she is getting irritated because of the medicines and the body complications are adding fuel to the fire. So, be aware, I'm serious." Avinash says seriously.
