"And you." Nishant's words make Vihaan confuse and he blinks at him dumbly while others exchange looks and Tej gives Nishant and Vihaan a confused look.

Nishant clears his throat and says, "When we met and after sometime we realised that we are family friends . . . the first thing she asked me was about you." As soon as the words leave Nishant's mouth, Vihaan forgets to breath. Tej looks at Vihaan's frozen state with raised heartbeats.

Nishant further says, "Ones I told her about you, only then she asked about the entire family."

Vihaan was speechless, unable to react. All of them were looking at him while he was only looking down at the table now. . . without a blink. A genuine smile makes its way to Tej's lips with moist eyes as he looks at his brother, his childhood bestfriend, Vihaan.

Taking a pause, Nishant says with a smile and a racing heart, "She asked me numerous questions, How is my brother? Is he happy? How do my parents treat him? How is everything going on in his life? How is his career going on? How is everyone? What about my cousins? My sisters? My cousin brother? He is good, no? My sisters, how are they doing? Are they happy? Do they worry too much for me? I couldn't lie to her and told her that how hearing her name would make you angry, how you don't like it when somebody would mention her and you leave the place immediately." Tej's eyes blurr at Nishant's words and Vihaan's sudden dead silence. Tej wipes his wet cheeks looking away as Nishant talks, "However, I had no idea why you always reacted that way at that time but she immediately understood that you were jealous of her because Uncle-Aunty का सारा ध्यान काम पर था या Nish की सिक्युरिटी पर. . . which was not your fault."

"She knew everything since the starting? Then why did she always stood by my side even when I . . . . ." Vihaan trails off whispering and looks away with a blank face as he bites his lower lip angrily making it bleed. The taste of his blood doesn't replace the bitterness he felt. He was bewildered with this news. It somewhere crushed him that he misunderstood her badly that it changed everything between these siblings.

Nishant puts his hand over Vihaan's hand and says softly, "Don't blame yourself, Vihu. She didn't come here to see you like this." His words make Vihaan look at him with disbelief. Nishant smiles slightly but genuinely as he says, "Vihu, she came back against her will because she knew that you were not happy and it was not your fault. She knew Uncle-Aunty are not giving you the love, the quality time you deserve. Infact, वो शायद यहाँ आती ही नहीं कभी if you would have been already happy with them but she came for you and for your happiness and for that promise."

Vihaan gets shocked hearing that just like others. He was beyond shocked. They all were speechless and stunned. Tej chuckles faintly wiping his left cheek as a tear rolls down all the way to his chin. He is happy.
