All heads turn at the door only to find an angrily entering Vineet with Adhiraj, Dhananjay and Kritika following him behind blankly.

Shrishti's throat goes dry and heart runs like a wild pig in the forest seeing her best friend with their Big Boss and his friends. Kritika was standing there like a robot, no expressions. Shrishti knows this expression well. She is on duty and none can stop her from doing her duty.

Meanwhile, Bhishma was on the verge of getting a heart attack not knowing if the youngsters will tell his secret to Vineet.

Vineet looks at Shrishti coldly and stretches his hand out. Kritika hands him a tablet and stands with a poker face. He plays a video and shows the screen to Shrishti whose face turns pale seeing the video as if she has seen a ghost.

"Miss Shrishti Sharma, will you tell me what were you doing in my chamber last night when I left after work and why were you there when your shift was already done?" Vineet asks sternly.

'Fu*k! How did this. . . . .I hacked the system then. . .how?!' Shrishti thinks as her mouth goes dry at his words and she gulps her saliva repeatedly watching the CCTV footage in which she was going through Vineet's desk top computer while others get shocked hearing that. The youngsters and Bhishma look at Shrishti with wide eyes. Theu neither expected Shrishti to go this far to help them nor did they expect Vineet to find out about her helping them this early.

Shrishti tries to find words to speak but nothing comes to her mind. She looks at Kritika who was looking at Vineet's back like a statue. 'Dam*! Her principles!' Shrishti thinks looking at her best friend.

Kabir's heart was coming to his mouth seeing the scene before him. Tej could see his helplessness to help her in any possible way.

Vihaan notices Shrishti's helpless stare to Kritika who does not give a glance to her best friend.

"Because I told her to." Out of the blue Vihaan blurts out.

They all look at Vihaan.

"और क्यूँ?" Vineet asks his son sternly.

[ Translation : "And why?" ]

"Because I wanted to know about Nishu but I see, I got to know about your visit to Sikkim when you never took this name in front of us ever before." Vihaan says putting his hands in his pockets looking at his father dead in his eyes.

Vihaan's words make Dhananjay and Adhiraj look at each other with raised heart beats.

"That's because I didn't want you two to find it out, Vihaan! Didn't Pa- Didn't Nishi's words tell you enough that if we are hiding something then it must be for your own good? Hmm?" Vineet asks frowning trying not to shout at his sons in the office.

"Hiding and feeding lies are two different things, Dad? I thought you will not repeat your mistake." Tej says Vineet making him look at him. Dhananjay (Rajveer and Arika's father) can still see how much Vineet's hiding about Tej and Nikita from Nishi upset him. Even if Tej understands Vineet and Karuna's fear that Nishi might have taken the whole thing differently but it still upset him that she was not aware of her adopted siblings.

"Who do you go to meet in Sikkim, Dad?" Vihaan asks impatiently.

"Who is Jonathan Uncle trying to protect?" Tej shoots another question.
