Let's get into the story.

Time Skip

Shoyo and Kei have been dating for a little over 4 months.

Kei has become a proud bottom to Shoyo's top.

Each passing day they loved each other more than the day before.

At Kei's company the people has notice the change in Kei he was 

smiling, not as salty and not nearly as harsh with them.

When he got a phone call while in their meetings with a special 

ringtone he wouldn't be mad instead he would smile little a idiot

and giggle at the person on the other end of the phone call.

When not working Shoyo and Kei did everything together like

working out in the gym, playing volleyball at the local volleyball

association, and Shoyo was even teaching Kei to cook sort of.

Kei may be a genius when it came to book learning and work,

but in the kitchen not so much.

Kei is so bad in the kitchen that if Shoyo hadn't set the browning

setting on his toaster Kei would still be burning his toast so when

he told Shoyo he know how to make toast not so much.

To be so good at math Kei can not follow a baking recipe so Shoyo

gave up on teaching him to bake.

Kei really wants to learn to cook so he could make dinner for their

4 month anniversary.

To Kei dismay he burnt everything and they had to have delivery 

food instead.

Shoyo didn't mind the fact that Kei tried made him happy.

Shortly after their anniversary Kei was being sick all the time.

After being sick and being so tired all the time Kei finally called the

doctor's office.

When they ask him what was wrong he told them everything then

they schedule a appointment for the doctor and a appointment

the day before for Kei to have lab work done.

The lab took several tubes of blood and a urine sample.

Kei wouldn't let Shoyo take him to the appointment for the

lab work,

But Shoyo insisted on taking him to the doctor.

When they called Kei in he wouldn't let Shoyo go in with him.

Doctor says

"Tsukishima have you ever 

had rectal bleeding?"

Kei says

 "Yes it started when I was 15.
