(Author's Note: I'll be changing a bit of how it will all started since I wanna have my first attempt on making Genshin more wholesomeness with the characters throughout Teyvat. Sorry if I somehow made the story boring or any mistake I shouldn't be making.)
Khaenri'ah, was once a nation in the underground realm. A nation without a god and everything was built purely by the humans only. Its florishing and the proud civilization represent "The Pride of the Humankind". The title preserves until it met its cataclysm when the Celestia and the gods destroyed the nation due to the monsters created by an alchemist named "Gold", poured out from Khaenri'ah to invade Teyvat.
Like stars falling through the night sky.. Two outlanders, Aether and Lumine.. Who had escaped to the surface of Teyvat from their underground nation, Khaenri'ah.
Instead of escaping away from Teyvat after witnessing the destruction of Khaenri'ah.. Both of them, who are unable to abandon the world they familiar with, decided to take a deep slumber somewhere on the surface to avoid the inevitable chaos. Letting the time to cease the world's burning.
500 years later... They both are finally awaken in the land of Teyvat.. But...
The world you once knew became nothing but dust, and the wonders you knew but rubble. Though you should have your own world, and your own people.. Lamenting of what is already lost...
Don't lose faith in that which you have lost. In this new world, you will never be alone. Where you leave your footprints, and where you have yet to stride. Your new world and your journey will unfold before you as you overwrite your past old memories with the new ones in the future.
