The Beach

"Come on guys, it's gonna be fun!" Thoma said. He was trying to get you and Ayaka into going to the beach, but you didn't want to go. Not because of what happened to you, but because you simply didn't want to go. You were tired. And Ayaka was simply Ayaka. Also, she had work to do, so she even had an excuse to say no to Thoma. After refusing him, she went into her room and actually sat down to work. Now you were left alone with Thoma again, who was now looking at you with puppy eyes.

"Please?" you shook your head. Thoma kneeled down before you. "Please, Y/N, just this once, pretty please!" he started begging you. He was even able to let go of some fake tears as well.

You facepalmed. You didn't belive him.

"But Thoma, I'm really tired. Can't we go another day?" you whined.

"And when exactly? Tomorrow we have to get ready to go. There's no other time" Thoma looked at you, a sad expression written on his face. You sighed.

"Alright, let's go to the beach." Thoma started jumping around in excitement.

"But we need to buy me a bikini first." you told him. Thoma suddenly picked you up and out you onto his back.

"That is not a problem!"he said, and went out of the teahouse.

After walking for some time, you finally arrived to a house. Thoma put you down and opened the door, telling you to go in first. In the kitchen he pulled out a chair for you and you seated yourself. After a few minutes, he came out with a cute swimsuit in his hands.

"Do you think this will fit you?" he asked. You just nodded, and took the clothing out of his hands.

"Let's go then." you said. Thoma suddenly grabbed your hand and started to drag you again. It was something you really hated, but you still let him drag you.

After walking down some stairs, you finally arrived to the sea shore. The scent of the water hit your nose, and soft breeze was blowing your hair. It felt amazing, not being unconscious on the sand this time.

"Wow.." you slowly said. You were truly amazed.

Suddenly, Thoma walked up behind you and put two hands on your shoulders.

"Let's get ready, shall we?" he smiled at you. You nodded, smiling back.

"I'm gonna go change then" you said, hiding behind a rock. Thoma did the same thing. After a while Thoma finally came back, but he didn't see you anywhere. He started to search for you, getting a little worried.

"Y/N, where are you?" he yelled. Finally, you peeked out from behind a big rock.

"Oh there you-" Thoma started, but his word got stuck in his throat as you got out from behind your hiding place. The blue swimsuit that Thoma gave you suited you perfectly.

You started to jog towards your friend.

"Oh hey Thoma. Sorry, I was a little slow, I've never had something like this on before" you scratched your head. Thoma was blushing, checking you out up and down.

"T-That's okay." he finally said, averting his gaze somewhere else. You stepped a little closer to him, and grabbed his wrist. You started to drag him towards the water.

"Are you ready for a little game?" you asked him when the water touched your feet.

"What game?" Thoma asked.

"Well..." you slowly bend down, and put a little water in the palm of your hand. Then suddenly, with a fast movement of your hands, you got some water in the face of your friend. Thoma just stood there for a small amount of time before realising what you just did.

"Oh, so we're playing like that?"he asked, then started gave you back what you just started. But it didn't stop there. The two of you started to go further into the water, until it reached up until your waist. There it was hard for you to move, but since Thoma was taller than you, it took him no time to catch you. He started splashing water all over you, not giving you a chance to fight back. Then suddenly, you formed your hands into a fist, and lifted a huge amount of water out of the sea. You positioned it above Thoma and then let go of the bubble. Now Thoma was soaking wet, and he surrendered.

"Okay, okay, you win!" he said. The two of you started to go out of the water, and when it only reached up until your ankles, you suddenly tripped and fell onto of Thoma.

"Ouch" you said, slowly opening your eyes. You saw a red Thoma(to) under you, and soon you started to blush as well. Your faces were really close to you, your noses touched. You could feel his breath on your face, and he could feel yours.

"Y-Y/N.." he slowly said, closing his eyes and getting ready for a kiss. You did the same thing. Your faces were arching closer and closer to each other, now you could feel Thoma's breath in your mouth, mouths only inches away.

Suddenly, a splash of water hit your faces, resulting you to get your head away quickly.

"Hey guys, I'm only away for a few hours and you get all lovey-dovey!" Ayaka yelled after you. You suddenly stood up and ran over to her to give her a hug, leaving the blushing mess on the sand. He was actually a little bit mad at Ayaka for interrupting his moment just like that.

"It seems like you're done working" Thoma said sarcastically while sitting up.

"Yup, and I came here to check on the two of you since I couldn't find you anywhere." Ayaka explained.

"I appreciate the thought, but next time could you wait at the teahouse?" Thoma said, annoyance in his voice.

"And why should I? I was SO worried about the two of you. Or wait, are you saying it because I interrupted something?" Ayaka smiled.

Suddenly, Thoma sent a wave of water her way, and her everyday clothes got soaking wet. Now the said girl was Reay mad, and splashed Thoma back. The two of them started a fight in the water, and you just stood there, watching them fight.

To be honest, you were only watching Thoma. The tingly feeling that you still felt was yet unknown to you, and since you never experienced love before, this was all new. But you liked it. You liked it a lot, and it scared you.

A wave of water got you out of your thoughts. You started to focus on fighting again, and you went back into the water. You didn't even realize the sun was setting already, but you didn't care, you just continued to have fun.

It was truly an amazing day...
