y/n lied. she did have somewhere to be.

Ocean was black, silver needle of moon like big seam holding together oceans, rising and threading waves. it was pretty quite here.

The boy in coat sitting on overthrown stones, wind playing with his hair, one lamp shinning down a golden crown on his tousled head.

I sneaked behind and gave hugged him tightly. I was hoping to be someone's lullaby. he turned around startled, big grin, and pulled me into himself. freshness of his blue shirt coloring my world into all shades and smells of him. if only I was small enough to climb into pocket of his coat so we never have to be apart, so we don't have to trade stories but live in them together at same time.

His kiss paperlike, big soft smile, his hand never leaving my back. light reflects off his frames and those ice greens are warmest place i have ever found myself in.

So we talked. We traded stories like old merchants that meet in secret spot in every harbor all over the world, to share gossip, to rekindle the flames, to conspire next adventure, to stare at lovers shy smile when they aren't looking, to touch up on painting hanging in gilded hall of museum in our heart.

"so they broke up."

"no way."

"yep. talk of town is he proposed but she said no. guess they weren't on same page after all."

"but we are on same page about that, right?"

Suddenly, i am taken back to when I came home late one night and found you on steps in front of my door.

"You wouldn't tell me where you are, so I came to find you," you said. Your hugs were winter and cinnamon, fireplace and pale blue bottom downs, wishing i never have to leave your warm arms and make your kind eyes sad. You are the most beautiful thing my eyes have ever seen. Now sitting here, in ending summer, I know that if it were up to me, it would be you, always.

"I wont buy you ring, but I plan on loving you for a very long time." he says chuckling with side smile looking at me, pulling me gently back to reality  in which daydream continues itself.

"Would you tell me if you get bored of me?" i asked lookin out at water. soon we will have to sail away to some new places, sell things, make living, catch up in another town." Promise me you will tell me before i make an idiot out of myself for keeping alive something that's already dead."

" I will never have enough of you." I think my words made him sad. Or confused. why is my mind so confused, why does it have to overthink something good? but god, he is so patient, his voice is luring me somewhere deep, somewhere warm, where chandeliers shine in beautiful cozy castles and we always find each other already looking at every ball, at every party.

"people get bored with each other."

"are you bored with me?" he puts his head on my shoulder and looks up at me with those puppy eyes. I feel like a fool looking at the stars when brightest one fell next to me.

"I am so deeply in love with you that I don't see surface anymore. But its ok. I can breath here. I am terrified, Freddie. that world will take you away like it did everything before you."

"I am not going anywhere, you pretty little mine." he laughs. " I mean, I am. but we will find each other at every sea and every land, wherever it throws us. " he says with mock poetism we love to sometimes indulge in.

"I wish you a good sea then, my captain." a say moving closer, giving him my hand.

We shake hands and he starts playing with buttons on my coat.

"I wish you too, my sea wanderer." he says pulling me in for a kiss, both smiling into it.
