Marriage Proposal 🥺❤️

You and (y/bf/n) had been dating for 8 years now, you had gone through thicks and thins together and here you were, in a live-in relationship. It was a normal day when you came back from your office at around 9pm, you looked for (y/bf/n) but he didn't seem to have arrived so you decided to take a shower first and then make food. Without giving it anymore thought, you went to the bathroom attached to your bedroom. When you came outa the shower, you found something kept on your bed, you went close to look at it and it was a card, that said -

(Y/bf/n) always called you dragon, 'his' dragon. Dragon beacuse, you loved dragons, though they are imaginary but they were your favourite animals.
Since he addressed you as dragon, which you obviously loved, you took out your favourite sweatshirt (pic below), which was a bit big for your size, wore cycling shorts below it and ran up the stairs towards the roof.

You somewhat knew what was coming and were preparing for it, one part of you was also asking you to wear something better, but you couldn't just wait to know why (y/bf/n) called you. So you just sprinted to the roof.
When you reached the roof, you couldn't breathe properly for solid 5 seconds. It was the most beautiful view you had ever seen.

(Y/bf/n) had arranged a candle light dinner, under a beautiful tent, and he was leaning against the table. He was wearing his black shirt and jeans, and he looked hot af. As soon as his eyes met yours, he came towards you and pulled you in your embrace and you hugged him back. "What is all this for baby ?" you asked him. "You'll know" was all he said as he took you towards the table. As he looked at your shocked face, he asked, "You like it ?" "I LOVE it".
"Well that's good" he said nervously, and you knew that (y/bf/n) isn't usually nervous. "You're nervous.. awwhh my poor baby" you said, laughing slightly as you pulled him in for a hug, while he was blushing wildly.
He then got out of the hug went on his knees, while you covered your mouth with your hands, you could feel the tears of happiness welling up in your eyes. He held both of your hands in both of his hands, and said, "Okay, so i won't keep you waiting for long... Ahem *clears throat*... Dear (y/n), till 8 years ago, my life was going pretty normally. I had all that i needed and was happy with my life, only until i met you, you came as a problem in my life and brought new problems with you...". By this point you thought it was a joke, and you started giving him the questioning look raising an eyebrow, while he continued. ".... My life became a disaster after you came in it and i soon realised that it wasn't my life, it was you who was the disaster, but you know what, you maybe a disaster, but you're a beautiful disaster, a disaster I'm addicted to. Over the years, i have fallen in love with you and all the small and big things about you, be it your smile when you see momos or your sassy nature. I just sooo love you. I can't promise you a life without hurdles, but i just want you to know that whatever you are stuck in, I'll be with you, side by side, and this is how i want to spend my life, always by your side." Then he took out a box from his pocket and opened it, and inside it was the cutest ring you had seen in your complete life (pic below)

"Will you marry me ?" He asked, "Yes" was all that came out of your mouth, and that was what you said with your teary eyes. He then slid the ring in your finger

You pulled him up, and smashed your lips into his. As you guys pulled apart, you looked down at the ring and said, "It's beautiful" "I'm glad you like it" he replied.
And the night went on with you guys spending time with each other in the best way possible ~ together.

Throughout the book, this would be my favourite chapter since this is the cutest thing i ever wrote. Also i relate toooo much to this chapter since I'm a girl who loves dragons, and I'm certainly in love with this ring.
