Chapter 1

You were in freshman year when you first met Jungkook. He was a year older than you and you met him at one of the senior frat parties. You'd be lying if you said you're not attracted to him. Although, the both of you did fool around a little but you never expected to meet him again until you met Jennie and end up in the same group of friends with Jungkook.

It still surprises you how quick the both of you get along with each other. Despite that, there are times where Jungkook would flirt with you but you just never really take him seriously since you always thought he was just fooling around. Thanks to Jungkook, now everyone on the campus knows who you are. Although, you and your friends were pretty famous among the campus but Jungkook is definitely the star of your group.

How can he not be? The guy is devastatingly handsome and attractive. Saying that he's a heartthrob is an understatement. God, you even remember how red you got when you saw his chiseled well-built body, you can tell that the guy practically stays in the gym. Jungkook is pretty much perfect in every way, especially with the tattoos he has on his huge veiny arms which makes him ten times even hotter. Girls were naturally attracted to him. But the best part about him is that he has the best personality ever. He was always socially confident, maybe that is why he has shit tons of friends and he's very fun to hang around with, it's hard not to like the guy.

You had to admit that you had a small crush on Jungkook before since he was always flirting with you. Sure, sometimes you would still get a teeny tiny little tingling feeling in your stomach when you're around him but it was just pure excitement. Even the girls would get flutter by his action sometimes.

"Man, if only you could see how whipped you are when you're around __." Taehyung said which made him sigh as it has been going on for months with the guys. So what if he stops fucking around and hooking up with girls? All of his friends say that it's because he has feelings for you. Honestly, you guys have been friends for almost three years and if something would've happened between you guys, it would have already happened.

Jungkook and the guys were hanging out at the bowling alley while they were talking about how different Jungkook has been acting around you these days. Maybe because you guys have been hanging out a lot more than you used to, it's not a lie that he has gotten more attached to you but he swears it was nothing more than that but the guys think that it's because he has feelings for you.

"You like her, just admit it." A sigh came out from Jungkook's mouth when he heard what Yoongi just said. It gets him every time whenever the guys mention it.

"I would know if I did have feelings for her but I don't." Jungkook argued back as soon as he bowls a strike. It was not a secret that all of your friends were rooting for the both of you.

"You know what guys? It's fine, he'll figure out soon anyways." Taehyung said with a confident smirk plastering across his face.

"Yeah, you bet I will." A small smile grew on Jungkook's face as he shook his head at himself while grabbing his denim jacket from the couch as he fishes his phone out from his jacket to take a look at his phone.

A huge grin grew upon his face when he saw your messages that you sent him a few minutes ago, complaining about how hungry you are right now and asking him to bring you out for lunch since today is your cheat day from the gym.

"Look at him, smiling like a high school boy, I bet it's __." Jin said as he looks at Jungkook with the corner of his eyes. Honestly, he doesn't care anymore. So what if he likes you? It doesn't make any difference anyway.

"I have to go. I'll see you guys later." Jungkook said which he then just left with a goofy smile hanging on his face while responding to your text message.

A huge grin plastered across Jungkook's face as soon as he saw you walked out of your house.

"Hey." You greeted him sweetly which made him smile. "What do you want to eat? I was thinking maybe Chick-Fil-A?" You sounded excited as soon as you hopped into his car since you are desperately craving for some chicken nuggets right now.

"Anything for you, love." Jungkook sends you a flirtatious wink when he saw how excited you are. You then pulled down the front mirror at the passenger seat to take a good look at yourself while putting on some lipgloss to look more presentable since you just got up from the bed and you kinda look like shit right now. You then search for a scrunchie from his car drawer to tie your hair up since you hate it when your hair is all around the place.

You and Jungkook were talking and joking about some stuff while waiting in the car at the drive-thru since there is a long line of the queue. You enjoy hanging out with Jungkook like this. He's really fun to be around with and most importantly he makes you laugh like crazy.

"What? Why are you staring at me again?" You couldn't help but frown suspiciously at Jungkook when you caught him staring at you for the third time today.

"I don't know, it's just something that the guys said to me and I couldn't stop thinking about it." Jungkook said as he simply stares at you.

"What did they say?" You asked as curiosity get a hold of you and with Jungkook staring at you like that, how can you not want to know what's going on.

"Well, they think I might have feelings for you." He simply shrugged which made you frown as you couldn't help but laugh.

"What? That's ridiculous." You responded which he only smiles as you know for sure that it's not possible for him to have feelings for you. You guys have been friends for so long and honestly, it never occurred to you that something like this would happen between you and him and you knew it better than anyone else that Jungkook hates nothing more than commitments.

"I know and honestly I don't feel a thing when I look at you." Jungkook says as he just continues to stare at you which made you scoffed.

"Wha- That's offensive." You said as you shake your head in disbelief. "I am a very attractive woman." You explained which made him chuckle softly.

"Look, if it bothers you that much, maybe I could help." You smirked at him which made him frown in confusion, wondering what you had in mind.

"How?" He asks as he cocks one of his eyebrows at you which made you roll your eyes. You then simply lean closer to him and kiss him. And boy, he wasn't expecting you to do that but it certainly did make him feel something that he thought he never did. His heart was thumping so loud by just kissing you and it wasn't even a kiss, it was a peck and that's when he knew he fucked up.

"Well, there you go, tell the guys to shut their mouth or I'm coming for them." You smile as you sat back down on the passenger seat while grabbing your phone from your pocket as you scroll through it. It was a lie if you say you're not nervous but the kiss didn't bother you that much, well at least not much as it bothers Jungkook.

God, he can't believe that he actually has feelings for you. Did he always felt like this when he's with you? Do you like him too? Probably not. Why would a girl like you want to be with someone like him? You're like the most perfect girl he ever met. You're smart and incredibly beautiful, you're practically perfect in every way and despite all of that, you're __. The only girl who doesn't look at him the way any other girls would.

"Guk? We're next." You called out for him when the line finally moves. He then saw you were staring at him which he then quickly darted his gaze away from you as he gulps down nervously.

"Y-Yeah." He stuttered a little as he started to move his Jeep forward. He could literally hear his heart thumping so wildly in his chest and boy, he definitely has no idea what is he supposed to do now.
