Ameretta: Practicing self-gentleness - It means to show myself compassion and kindness. All that starts with letting go Of anything I can't control.
Armani: I ask the Ruach to guide me into letting go Of anything I can't control. The Ruach said to me that the best way To let go of things I can't control is to pray.
Ameretta: Another way of practicing self-gentleness includes practicing self-forgiveness. The more I start forgiving myself, The more compassionate I become of myself. And now for the practice of self-gentleness demonstration, Which includes positive affirmations.
Armani: I am a gentle spirit, known to each and every individual.
Ameretta: I am a warrior duchess, The warrior who's peaceful.
Armani: I am slow to wrath. I have great understanding.
Ameretta: I, as a peaceful warrior duchess, can appease strife.
Armani: I am a warrior queen. I have the authority given by God over all the power of the enemy.
Ameretta: I, as God's warrior duchess -
Armani: And I, as God's warrior queen -
Ameretta: I can walk among snake spirits -
Armani: And I can walk among scorpion spirits -
Ameretta and Armani: And crush them!
Armani: Nothing will hurt me!
Ameretta and Armani: I am BIGGER than all my problems!
Ameretta: I, as a warrior duchess -
Armani: And I, as a warrior queen -
Ameretta and Armani: I have gentleness and self-control. There is no law against these things. Let's all take time to be gentle with ourselves
Ameretta: As warrior duchesses -
Armani: And as warrior queens.
Ameretta and Armani: As peaceful warrior princesses and queens, We're aware that words are powerful, So it takes guidance from the Ruach Hakodesh To keep our tongues in control.
