Chapter 26

Bellatrix and Snape took me to the dark lord. I was terrified, I thought I wasn't going to make it out alive, why was I so stupid.

We entered the Draco manor and made our way to a poorly lit room where all the death-eaters were sitting around a long table, at the very end was he himself; the dark lord, looking pale and cold, it sent shivers down my spine just looking at him.

'my lord, Draco has ran away.... He didn't kill dumbledoor so we took care of it' bellatrix started

The dark lord rose from his seat anger across his face, fire in his eyes

'he ran away, how dare he, find him and bring him to me'

He then slowly made his way towards Lucius, whose colour had drained from his face in fear.

'lucius.... Is this what you teach your boy.... To betray me' voldormort said with venom in his words

Lucius had no reply

The dark lord was silent and then started again

'find Draco and I want him alive so that he can be punished by his own father.... You Lucius will kill your own son for betraying me'

Lucius was shocked but didn't argue, he didn't even look the dark lord in the face and kept his eyes down in fear and shame

'my lord, this is James parker' bellatrix interrupted 'he can help us find Draco'

I froze, speechless as the dark lord began to approach me

He began to circle around me, observing means I stood their in pure terror

'well, well, well, what brings a gryfindoor to our help' he began as he noticed I was in gryfindoor robes

'I...I..can find Draco' I said trying to be brave

'HOW!' he demanded

'he ran away with a girl named katelyn, she's a good friend of mine, I can find out where he is through her, all I have to do is contact her' I said proudly but still a little scared

'why do you a mud-blood... If I am correct... Want to help me?' he demanded saying mud-blood in a disgusted way

He was staring at me in amusement and started to lift his wand, his was going to kill me, how could I be so stupid, I should have known he would kill me for being a mud-blood

But then he lowered the wand

'well, why do you want to help me?'

'i want Draco dead, i was also betrayed... The girl he ran away with was mine' i said

The dark lord stood there staring at me, i could see in his face that he was debating on whether to kill me or not

He slowly again raised his wand.... He was going to kill me

However then he suddenly grabbed my arm and did a spell

Pain shot up may right arm, it was unbearable, I let out a loud moan of pain.... And there in my arm was the Mark of the death-eaters....

Draco's pov

As we used the port-key me a katelyn ended up in a forest

We were both laying on the floor breathless
