Chapter 21

Why doesn't Draco understand? If he kills Dumbledore we have no chance against voldormort. If he doesn't want to be a death-eater why doesn't he just leave his mission. We could both just be together and run away.

But I guess I was wrong as well, maybe I shouldn't have acted like that. He needs me and I left him. I should have been more understanding.

I'm so confused what should I do?

I was lying on my bed arguing and thinking about Draco all night

What a great christmas.....

Draco's pov

She threw the necklace right next to me on the floor as I bent down to pick it up I felt weak at the knees and just dropped on the floor. I buried my head in my hands as I was holding the necklace and broke down completely.

I had lost her...

I had no idea of what to do, on one side time was running out and on the other side katelyn

I soon made my decision. I brought up the courage and made my way to the room of requirement to the vanishing cabinet to complete my mission.

Katelyn had made up her mind and so did I. She didn't want anything to do with me so less distraction for me.

I have to get her out of my mind and get on with my mission.

The vanishing cabinet only needs a few more adjustments and it will be done

I wasn't going to let katelyn come in the middle anymore. No matter how much I loved her.

My family was counting on me.

Katelyn's pov

It was the middle of the night and I was asleep when I suddenly heard a whisper in my ear.

'katelyn'

My eyes shot open to see James sitting beside me.

'oh my god your back' I shouted as i pulled him into a hug

I had missed him so much and after the whole Draco incident I knew james was the only one who could make me feel better.

'what are you doing back so early, there's still a week until the dance and until school starts. I though you were coming back then' I asked eagerly

'I know but I was missing you so much that I decided to come back early and keep you company. So did you get my gift?' he asked

'yeah I did it was beautiful'

He looked towards my neck hoping that I was wearing it

'why aren't you wearing it?' he asked curiously

'um...I...um wanted to save it for the dance' I stuttered

He had noticed that something was up with me

'katelyn, honestly, is everything alright. It's just you didn't write to me throughout the holidays and now your acting...different. Did something happen?'

I was shocked that he had caught me out but I couldn't tell him what had happened between me and Draco so I quickly came up with an excuse.

'I'm just not feeling to well' I quickly said trying to brush of the matter

'okay' he replied but I could see that he wasn't buying it but then he just let go of it

'anyways I'm really tired I think I'm going to go to bed' he said turning away but then he stopped and turned back round

He had his wand out which was facing the tip of my bed.

Something grew

'is that a mistletoe' he asked playfully

He then lent forward and kissed me, it took away all my pain and problems

'merry Christmas, I love you' he whispered

I said the same and then he went of to bed giving me one last look before he left.

The next morning I woke up and got dressed. Same as everyday. When I went downstairs James was no where to be seen, I thought he might have already left so I made my way to the hall. On the way to the great hall I went pass the grounds only to see James and Draco.

They both had there wands out facing each other and Draco had blood pouring from his lip.

I know it's a bit dull but trust me there us a lot of drama to come u guys are going to love it. A few more chapters until the end :'( approx 7-9 more chapters

And I just want to say u guys are awesome and I love u all for the support u have given me :) if it wasn't for u guys I probably wouldn't have got this far so thanx u so much. Your the best :) xxx and don't worry that this story is ending because after this I'm going to write a whole new Draco love story set after the war :)
