Eventually, the sun set on the field of flowers.
Tommy had to go home.
A part of Ranboo beckoned to have Tommy stay.
Tommy would never admit it, but he was looking so much more tired recently.
Both Tubbo and Ranboo knew it was from Wilbur
They knew how guilty Tommy felt about Ghostbur
And how stressed Wilbur's resurrection made him.
But Tommy always seemed to stray back to Wilbur.
No matter how stressed and tired he made him
Tommy would always go back.
A part of Ranboo wanted to stop Tommy from ever going back.
He didn't know Wilbur much at all,
But he knew how Wilbur lied
He remembers back when, Wilbur spoke to Tubbo at L'manhole.
He remembers how his words were laced with a sort of two-faced mockery
He remembers how he almost spoke down to Tubbo
He remembers how proud Wilbur seemed, after seeing the destruction of L'manburg, even though Wilbur believed that he was the cause.
He remembers how Tommy warned him to stay far away from Wilbur, despite Tommy and Ranboo not being that close, Tommy genuinely had worried for him.
He remembers how Wilbur made Tubbo cry
Ranboo decided that Wilbur was something to avoid
A person who knew how insane they were, and used it as an advantage.
A person who could so easily twist the truth into what he wanted to believe.
A person he wanted Tommy to avoid.
But for some reason
Tommy always went back.
He wished he could keep Tommy safe, back at Snowchester.
He wished he could give Tommy his best friend back
He wished Tommy would visit more
He wished he could help.
He was snapped out of his thoughts, by Tommy.
"EARTH TO RANBOO_BELOVED!" Tommy yelled
Tommy was already on the hill that lead into the dense forest.
"Huh?" Ranboo met Tommy's eyes
"I'm heading out! See you around, yeah?" Tommy shouted from the other hill.
"Oh- Yeah! Of course!" Ranboo "see you around, Tommy." Ranboo waved goodbye.
Michael peeked around Ranboo's legs, jumping in the air, waving his arm frantically.
Tommy then walked away, disappearing into the void of green forest.
Tubbo and Ranboo sat in silence for a few minutes, their eyes fixated on where Tommy had just been.
