have you ever seen a shooting star?
like you,
they have to let go too
of the night that provides them comfort
Once they do,
They are able to
see the beauty in how time flies
see the beauty of what it's like
to trip and crash into this earth.
Darling, understand though that
a shooting star only crashes once
so How much stronger
braver
loved
are you then
that the many times you've fallen
you've gotten right back up again
and again.
