"Oi! Hinata!" Naruto waved at Hinata with his only hand. Hinata turned around and smiled.
"Hello , Naruto kun" she said while going towards him.
"Oh I see , you just returned from a mission." Naruto said looking at Hinata's mission gear.
"Yeah." Hinata replied.
"Man! You're so lucky! Tsunade obaa-chan has prohibited me from going on missions , so Kakashi Sensei doesn't assign me any missions!" Naruto scoffed.
"There's nothing wrong in it Naruto-kun! You're still not in the shape to go on missions. And your prosthetic arm isn't even ready yet!" Hinata replied.
Naruto smiled. Hinata wasn't shy around him now , they used to hang out together quite often and it used to help Naruto very much to overcome his boredom. Moreover, hanging out with Hinata gave him a different feeling.
"Hinata, do you want to hang out with me today as usual?" Naruto asked. He knew her answer but he still felt the urge to ask her, like a gentleman. Damn! Hinata had changed him so much!
"Of course, is that even a question? " Hinata replied giggling a little. Her giggle gave a ticklish feeling to his heart. He never had experienced such feeling before...
"Hey! What's going on here you two?" Kiba asked while running towards them , he was being followed by a quiet Shino.
Naruto's face turned sour as he saw Kiba. Here he comes , ruining our moment again!
"Nothing much Kiba-kun , me and Naruto-kun were going..." Hinata was cut off by Naruto.
"Hey Kiba , hey Shino , how are you both doing? I hope your mission went quite well! Me and Hinata were just...umm... Conversing!" Naruto said trying to revert the topic.
I can't let him join this time! He's such a pain in the ass! Shino is quite good , he doesn't stay. But this dog trainer likes to ruin our lunch by saying that it's a 'friends reunion'!
"Let's go Hinata , you've got to help me out. Later Shino! Kiba!," He said fleeing with Hinata.
"What's up with them?" Shijo asked.
"I don't know. Why are you even asking me the question?" Kiba replied.
When Kiba and Shino were out of sight , Naruto took a sigh of relief.
