"Ok Mal I'll see you soon love you bye" I said clinking the line off my iPhone afterwards I locked up the store and waited outside sitting on the bench for my besties Galvin, Kate and Nicki to arrive I WhatsApped them checking to see where they were, Nicki texted me back in our group straight-right "we'll be here in a few mins hold tight bitch" "ok" I texted back smiling to myself

My iPhone disappeared out of my hands in a flash hitting ground breaking glasses on the front screen "what the hell Gene?" I questioned my ex furious "what are you doing leave me alone" I told him storming off in a hump but he grabbed by my hair and slammed me into the wall against my will "you know why I'm here Ellie" he said in aggressive a tone trying to choke me while undoing his belt

I began to weep pushing Gene off me and kicking him in the groin to protect myself afterwards I grabbed my iPhone from the ground putting back in my pocket for safe keepings, I saw Nicki's pulled up and ran towards her car crying opening one of the passenger doors then stepping inside "what happened Ellie?" Kate asked concerned Galvin and Nicki shared glares with each other wondering the same thing after seeing Gene on the ground holding himself

"I'll explain in a bit I just wanna home go" I cried "ok" they agreed before Nicki started the car then drove me back to my apartment
