Chapter 27

As Jisung joined Felix and Seungmin, the two boys looked at him—eyes wide and raised. "What just happened?" Seungmin asked in confusion, while Felix was still translating some things in his mind.

Jisung just looked at them with an expression that showed that he was just as confused as they were. "Let's go inside first," he said quietly.

"This is a library," Felix whispered as Jisung pushed the both of them inside.

Jisung came to the realisation that Felix was indeed correct, but he didn't really care. He wanted some peace and quiet. "We can whisper," he said with a grin.

As the three of them walked back towards the table that Felix and Seungmin were previously sitting at, Jisung flopped down onto a chair and let his whole body hug the table. Seungmin and Felix looked at Jisung as he was doing so. Both boys looked at each other for a split second and averted their eyes back towards their friend.

"So..." Felix whispered. "Are you going to enlighten us?"

Jisung sighed heavily. "If I knew I would tell you guys... but I have no idea what that was all about either," He couldn't possibly explain something that he had no answers to.

Seungmin seemed to be somewhat deep in thought right now, snapping out of it when Jisung started talking. "I must say... in my seven years of knowing Minho, as despicable as he might have been, I've never seen him straight up punch someone," he spoke quietly.

Felix nodded as he listened to what Seungmin had to say. "In my three years of knowing him from a distance, I haven't either," Felix added.

"Me neither," Jisung said, head still down on the table. "But you guys seem to forget..." he began as he slouched back up, now looking at both of his friends. "As we all might have been calling him a bully over the years, Minho has actually never bullied anyone," he added. "So of course we haven't seen him punch anyone. He just had a foul mouth and was straight up rude," Jisung tried to clear up. "He just hated me, and I hated him,"

"Right," Seungmin said. "But I don't believe you," he added to that. Jisung furrowed his eyebrows as he wasn't sure what part of what he said Seungmin didn't believe. The latter chuckled softly. "I don't believe that you have ever been able to actually bring yourself to hate him,"

Jisung averted his eyes from looking into Seungmin's towards the table. He sighed once again. "I couldn't... Since it was all my fault to begin with." he groaned in frustration. "For someone as smart as me, I was sure as hell very stupid for listening to my sister,"

Felix was just staring at them, trying to understand what they were even talking about. To his disadvantage he has only been here for about three years and has no idea what happened before those years. Jisung never really wanted to talk about it. "Wait..." he said as he wanted to catch up on what they were saying. "So you were in love with Minho?" he asked towards Jisung, to which the latter held in his breath for a second.

"... Yes," Jisung said quietly. It wasn't as if it was a secret. Seungmin knew, so why shouldn't Felix.

"And are you still?" Felix wondered.

Jisung didn't see that one coming. He wanted to be honest with his friends, but he had yet to be honest with himself. He still had to come to terms with his feelings. So he sat there, pondering, until finally the words came out. "Yes..."

"I see," Felix said as he tried to piece the puzzle together. "Wait, did you just say yes," Felix seemed surprised, Seungmin on the other hand saw it coming from a mile away.

Jisung sighed for a third time. "It doesn't matter,"

"Why do you say that?" Seungmin wondered. For as far as he could tell, Minho seemed to like Jisung as well. Although he couldn't see through to Minho, so he didn't know in what way the latter liked his friend. He could understand where Jisung was coming from though.

Jisung scoffed. He thought it was impossible. Minho would never accept, let alone return, those feelings. "Let's not talk about it," he sighed as he let his head and half of his upper body fall back down on the table. "Besides..." he exhaled. "It's too late anyway, since I'm trying to avoid him,"

Seungmin couldn't believe his ears. It felt like Jisung took one step forward and then two steps backwards again. "Again?" he spoke louder then intended.

"Shh... Keep you voice down," Jisung shushed him. Luckily for them, close to no one was in the library at this time.

Felix was confused yet again. "Don't you tutor him?" he asked, although it wasn't really a question. "How can you tutor him and avoid him at the same time?"

Jisung looked up again. "I'm not... I quit," he said, dragging his whole body up once again. His two friends looked at him with squinted eyes. It wasn't like Jisung to just quit. "It's not because I don't want to help him, it's just... my own grades are dropping," Slowly, but surely. "He's a distraction to me... I just haven't been able to focus on my studies that well lately," he explained himself. Not that he should, but he has no one else to talk to.

Seungmin and Felix completely understood where Jisung was coming from. Yet they also thought he was just using his studies to run away. "Understandable... but you know you can't keep avoiding him forever, right?" Seungmin said.

The both of them knew it was none of their business, but they were just trying to help their friend. "Avoiding him won't make your feelings go away," Seungmin tried to knock some sense into Jisung. "If it was that easy, your feelings would have already vanished years ago,"

"You're right," Jisung admitted as he sighed once more.

I've been quite stressed out, but it's foinee🎉🎉🎉

When I said this story will end this month, I wasn't joking ;)) I might have been dead for like a year, w all em slow updates-- but they're coming ;))

Q; Your favourite Movie/Show/Anime...?

A; Shit, I forgot I answer these as well... Fav anime is probably Naruto, also love Demon Slayer. I've loved HP forever so those would be my fav movies/books. As for shows... hmmm... I don't really know if I even have one, maybe Orphan black or The untamed!
