Sleep relax the mind.
Hands outward of the body.
Arms move in waves.
But still I am not at peace.
My mind keeps racing, teeth chattering, my feet fidgeting on the ground makes me have this weird feeling going up and down my back.
No it is not drugs I am feeling.
More like restlessness.
I can't stay still.
Something.
I think something might be dormant inside of me but i don't know what it is.
I need to sleep but yet i still lie awake.
No words, or explanation for all the words I said.
Just thoughts about how I'm going to rise.
