"Leilani we have decided that we will let you back into school" my mom says and I jump up in excitement "really!?" I question "yes you may go back on Monday once you go back to the school tomorrow and fully come back" my dad adds "oh thank you thank you thank you" I hug them each multiple times "thank you" I say one more time
"And we are sorry for being upset with and you are an adult and should be Able to make your own decisions" my mom smiles "I get you just wanna protect me but I do need a little freedom , I'll always know how to get back home" I smile and they both hug me "speaking of freedom" Trenton goes to say and puts his arm around me.
"As you two know I'll be going to LA , after school ends" he says to my parents "I was wondering if maybe Leilani could come with" my eyes widened "like live in LA?" My dad questions "yeah" he says "don't you think that's dangerous" my mom ask "I'll be there and I'm pretty sure Nick and his friends are going too" he says
"I promise to take great care of her" he smiles "Nick will too trust me" he chuckles "Leilani would you like that" they ask me "umm very much I " I nod and they sigh "okay you can go , but just keep each other safe please" my mom says.

(Monday)
I walk into with a smile on my face. Never thought I'd be this happy to be in school. But I am , a lot! I'm a little late but whatever. I only missed one class. But the next class I have with Ella and no ones I'm back except my brother. I stayed at parents one more night last night and now my stuff is getting moved back into the apartment.
I see Ella walking from her locker. I run up to her "hey bestie" I say and she looks at me "Leilani?" He questions "they let me come back" I nod "bye I missed you" she hugs me "feels like it's been decades but it's Been only 3 weeks" she laughs "so how did you convince them" she ask "Trenton did" I nod "really?" She ask "yep and get this him amd Nick don't hate each other , they are cool" I tell her
"Shocking" she says "tell me about it" I giggle "speaking of Nick , have you seen him so far" I ask "yeppers" she smiles and we walk into the class we have with Austin and Brandon. I walk behind him
"Feels like it's been forever" I smile and they look "ayyy Leilani" Brandon says. Ella and I sit behind him "what are you doing here" Austin ask
"My parents let me back in" I tell her "it was a lot" I nod "I bet , I heard Trenton and Nick aren't hating each other any more" Austin says "thank god" I smile "Nicks gonna be so happy to see you" Brandon adds "he has been a wreck without you" Brandon says "have you talked to him" Ella ask me
"Just once" I answer as the teacher walks in "Leilani Copeland good to have you back" she says and I smile "good to be back" I whisper "Also Ella" I turn to her "me and you taking over LA" I say to her "how does that sound" I ask "uhh amazing" she says "after school ends , we are heading over" I say and her jaw drops "really?" She ask
"Fuck yes , us , Trent and I think Nick and his friends" I say "what about us" Brandon and Austin look at us "LA! After school ends" I ask "us and the boys already have that planned" Brandon smirks
"we coming too" I say "for real?" Austin ask "yes the whole crew is gonna own LA" I smile "we can get a house together" Austin says "ehhh maybe" I giggle "can't live with all ya boys" Ella adds
"We ain't that bad" Austin says "we'll think about it" I tell them "hey, you 4 in the back shh"
(Lunch)
I walk into the lunch room looking for Nick and Nick only. I don't seem to find him. I walk over to the boys table "where's Nick" I ask "Leilani?" Zion says . I've seen everyone except Zion or Nick today "oh yeah I'm back" I wave "They told me but I ain't believe it" he says and laughs
"and Nick is at his locker looking for something" Edwin says and I nod as Ella sits at their table "This your table" Edwin ask her "well it is now" she smiles at him "brb guys"
I walk out into the hallway straight to Nicks locker. I see him looking through his locker so I go up to him. I put my hands over his eyes from behind "guess who" I ask and he turns around "lani!" He smiles "your parents were convinced" he questions
"Trenton did a good job" I nod and he wraps his arms around my waist "I missed you and it's only been 23 days" he says and I giggle "I missed you too" I put my hands on his shoulders. "I heard you are okay with my brother" I say "yeah we are cool" he shrugs "good , I wouldn't want my brother and the person I wanna be with hate each other anymore" I say to him "you wanna be with me?"
I nod "of course" I tilt my head "we do have to talk" he says "later, I'm just glad to see you right now" I kiss his lips and he kisses back with no hesitation. "I love you" he says in my ear
