Surmount[Bakugo Katsuki FanFic]

Eight

The town's people and civilians stood frozen in terror as they watched the assault of a middle school child. Some took out their cell phones to record while others were focused on trying to locate any pro heroes.

Yet when heroes did arrive on the scene their attempts to free Izuku Midoriya were less than successful.

"Everyone get back! Now!" a pro yelled at the bystanders. The situation was growing more serious by the second and he urged everyone not to get too close.

After his conversation with  All Might, Katsuki was heading back into town square. The scent of smoke and burning rubber caught his attention before the many screams of a crowd.

"The hell?" He rounded a corner to be met with the eyes of Izuku, who had the entirety of a villain wrapped around him. 

The same villain Katsuki had encountered a few moments ago.

That... that can't be right. All Might caught that guy. If he's here then.. What the hell happened to All Might?!?!

The thought of Katsuki's favorite hero losing a fight to some low class villain was preposterous. 

Unfathomable.

 Not in a million years, Katsuki thought.

I'll just have to hold the bastard off until he gets here.

And he ran into the fire.
