The two Binghe's were originally two souls in one body, one dormant while the other was active, however, due to some interference the two souls are now merged and unable to separate. As for whether he will kill you it remains unknown, as for when he will kill you it is also unknown. Because the system bing-ge has is 3.0, I am unable to access any information it does not want me to therefore I do not know if their memories are combined, but from my understanding they should be. ]

The poor system was made to answer all of qingqius questions without a break in between. If the system were a human, they would be slightly out of breath.
