Sana's POV

"Welcome! What can I do for you?" The kind florist said cheerfully, as we walked inside the shop.

"Good afternoon! We're here to buy some flowers." Momo spoke and the florist smile to us.

"What's the occasion dear?" The lady asked, and we all look at each other.

"Uh... we're gonna visit our friend's mom at the hospital." Nayeon informed and the florist nod her head.

"Give her Hyacinth flowers, it means that you guys care for her." The florist then picked some flowers on the bucket, and wrap it in a nice bouquet.

"How much is it, ahjumma?" Jihyo asked politely, and received the flowers.

"That'll be $100 dear." We opened our wallets and split the payment, then handed it to the florist.

After that, we went to a fruit stall to buy fruits and went back on the hospital.

"Jeongyeon said that we should wait her here. I wonder where she is right now." Nayeon uttered and looked around to search for Jeongyeon.

Just then, we saw Jeongyeon riding her bike and enter inside the hospital's premises. She park her bike at the parking space, and locked it then walked towards us.

"Sorry for being late, I just need to finish something at the academy." She apologized and smile.

"Nah it's okay, Jeongyeon. We just got here also, since we bought something for your mom." I said and showed her the things we bought.

We now enter inside the hospital and ride the lift, since Jeongyeon's mom is at the second floor. It was very quiet and kinda akward, until the lift reached the floor. Jeongyeon lead the way and stop on room 204, she knock first before opening the door.

"Eomma, I'm here! And you have visitors." She cheerfully said and ushered us inside.

Her mom smiled at us and offer us to seat at the couch, in which we oblige. There's also another woman inside, and I think it was Jeong's auntie.

"I'll leave now, Seoyeon-ah. Enjoy your company!" She bid goodbye and leave the room.

"Ahh auntie, we forgot to give these to you." Momo said and handed the bouquet of flowers and the fruit basket.

"Why thank you ladies! I'm glad that my daughter has many friends now, compared way back when she's a kid." Auntie said that makes us laugh.

Jeongyeon fixed the gifts we brought, and placed them neatly on the table. After that, she took her seat on the stool and bring out her sketchbook. We continue to talk with auntie, and sometimes Jeongyeon will join.

After that, we bid goodbye to auntie and promised that we'll be back soon. Jeongyeon sent us off and reminded us to take care.

...

After the 4 left, Jeongyeon fixed her mom's bed and prepare for dinner. The nurses came in and gave the food to her, and she thanked them before leaving the room. The latter then started to feed her mom, while she's also eating her own food.

"Jeongyeon-ah..." Her mom called her name, and she looked at her mom.

"Yes eomma? Is there something you need?" She asked politely and her mom shook her head.

"I'm glad that you're making a lot of friends now. You're now a grown-up, and I'm proud of you." Jeongyeon smile at her mom's statement.

"Of course. That's what you told me to do right? Making friends is better than falling in love." The latter said with a smile.
