New house
New clothes
New number
New phone
Same problems
Same pain
Same thing everyday
I cannot run
I cannot hide
I try to face it
But die a bit each time
The smile gets a little less warm
The smile gets a little less real
The heart gets more cold
When life deals a bad deal
Tears are the norm
Of most people's lives
It's a wonder how most survive
Red panties are bad
Pants are good don't show too much skin
If you're not always happy just play pretend
Be who you are as long as its right
Why can't we be the ones who decides
It's not choice to be happy
It's just how we feel
Same with crying
So just keep it real
With so much hate
There is no debate
The world is shit and this is that place
We grow up learning
To take things lying down
Or to start fighting back
Why couldn't you all be the ones to do that
make it a place for your children to grow
Well that ship has sailed
so we gotta give it a go
Family hurts family and blood isn't so thick
Love goes along way when you need some to help stitch
Your broken pieces back together
its sad but it's true
Just like its sad the saying about you depending on you
The world is dark it's cold and a pain
But we must keep on trying at the end of the day when we feel like we drown
So much going on
It weighs heavy on your crown
The sadness dragging you down
The anxiety tying you up
The fear controlling you sucks
The anger of not being able to control
What's going on
And one of these days your hopes will be gone cause we feel too tired
We gotta find something to light up this fire
Life is too short and filled with too much pain
To waste any minute
To play any games
