Chapter 17: The Reunion (Zaheer Arc)

It's been a week since the group left Republic City and they met Lin's sister Suyin and after a while, Kyle started dating Suyin's daughter Opal Beifong. When they left, Opal joined the group to keep (Y/N) safe from Zaheer. Right now the group were on their way to the Fire Nation to try and get answers about who told everyone about Zaheer. Right now, they were sleeping in a forest to stay off the road and harder to find. (Y/N) wakes up and hears footsteps in behind everyone, gets up and draws his sword cautiously. He is then pulled into the forest by air and is then stopped infront of the four people.

P.Li: Is it really him?

Zaheer: Same description. (Y/H), (H/C), (E/C). It's him. It's our son, P.Li.

(Y/N): So, your Zaheer.

Zaheer: Look at you. All grown up.

(Y/N): So, what now? You going to kill me?

P.Li: Believe me, it would be the last thing any of us want, son. But the world will be a greater place without the Avatar.

(Y/N): Will if I have to die. I'll go out fighting.

(Y/N) picks up his sword and swings it at the four, surprising them. Zaheer sighs and brings out what looks like a stolen sword.

Zaheer blocks (Y/N)'s attack and uses his own attack to break (Y/N)'s sword and knock him out. Ghazan picks him up and the four were about to leave until P.Li is hit by water. They look at the attacker and saw the rest that (Y/N) was travelling with.

Korra: PUT MY HUSBAND DOWN!!!

Ghazan puts (Y/N) down and begins to fight Bolin and Nathan. P.Li fights Kyle and Korra. Ming Hau fights Opal and Asami while Zaheer watches. Korra is launched into a tree while Kyle slashes P.Li with his sword and then (Y/N) wakes up and saw everything and immediately went into the Avatar State. Everyone looks at (Y/N) and the Red Lotus retreat. (Y/N) goes back to the ground and goes out of the Avatar State and looks at the group.

Nathan: You ok?

(Y/N): Yeah. But I'll need a new sword later on.

Everyone packs their stuff and continues to go to the Fire Nation.
