⚠️Trigger Warning⚠️
- Mention of Selfharm

Previously in the last chapter

"Alright maybe I have a little crush on since I first saw her there at the ice cream shop, but there will never be anything. She's way younger than me."

I rolled my eyes and smiled at her.

"What's that in your hand? Is that blood there on the towel?!" Nat asked, shocked.

"I think it is. I found the two towels behind the cupboard in the bathroom." I replied.

"Where did that much blood come from? Is y/n hurt? Let's go check Wanda." Nat said, but I stopped her.

"We can't just take the blanket off now and look. We'll do that in the morning too okay? For now, let's go back to our rooms and go to sleep. It's already 3am. I'll take the towels and we'll figure it all out tomorrow." I promised her. "And then tomorrow you can get to know Y/n a little better too. Because in case you forgot, we're taking her shopping tomorrow." I smiled at her as we were on our way out the door.

Natasha just rolled her eyes with a smile and we both went back to our rooms.

I put the towels in my bathroom and a few moments later I lay back down in bed.

~Wanda's Pov~

*Alarm rings*

"Oh no. Morning again? Why do nights always have to be so short?" I was grumbling as I rubbed my eyes to see what time it was.

It was 6:00am. Way too early to get up, but I had set my alarm a little earlier than usual because I wanted to talk to Nat before everyone else will be awake. Although I think Tony has been awake for hours and is downstairs building on his suits again.

I lifted the covers and slipped into my slippers. I slowly got ready, got dressed, combed my hair and brushed my teeth. When I was done, I straightened my blanket and opened the window to let the fresh air into my room and listen to the birds chirping.

Shortly after, I made my way to Nat's room. I knocked softly on her door so she wouldn't be scared if she was still asleep, but quickly heard a soft "You can come in I'm already awake" and opened the door in response.

"Hey, good morning." Said Nat after she yawned.

"Good morning." I wished her the same. "I wanted to talk to you for a minute before everyone else is awake later and we don't have time to talk alone."

"Shoot." She said, tapping her hand on her bed to get me to sit down next to her.

"So about what happened tonight with Y/n. What's the best thing to do now? What should we do about the bloody towels? Do you think we should approach her about it? And regarding her dream last night, I would also like to know more. If that really happened and she really found her mother like that, it must have done something to her. Something like that doesn't just pass you by. But asking about it doesn't work either, does it? What do you say to all this? What do you think we should do?"

Nat took a deep breath and then started talking. "I think we should definitely approach her about the towels. I would just discuss it among the three of us for now, though, and not involve Tony and Pepper at all yet. Not until we really know what it's all about. Otherwise they'll start worrying unnecessarily. I'd say that we'll wake her up later and get her for breakfast and then bring her over to us to talk about it alone somewhere. And regarding the dream, I think we should first ask Tony and Pepper whether they know more about their parents. We'll just have to pretend that we're just interested and we don't want to know for any particular reason."
