"I bet you payed them, didn't you? Or maybe they pitied you so much and, in reality, they don't actually love you." Hyunbin presses even further. Jisung now having the situation now properly processed, Jisung's frames become more shaken and even flinches at the boy's harsh words.
Before Jisung could've spoke up, "Hey! What's going on here?" Chan presses himself into the conversation. Calmly greeting Jisung's classmate, Chan subtly places himself between the two younger students. With Hyunbin proceeding to push forward to access Jisung, Chan calmly presses his hands towards the boy's chest to prevent him from advancing forward. "Hey, there, Buddy, let's not get too close now, alright? You better not think about hurting Jisung or else you'll be getting hurt."
Chan growling under his breath at the student, Hyunbin begins to attempt upon another advancement; however with Changbin approaching, the peer was pushed back causing him to knock down the desk behind him as well as the chair. Fortunately, with Changbin appearing a lot scary than he really is, Hyunbin begins to scurry off--probably to tell on them--while Chan made sure Jisung wasn't hurt.
"Are you hurt, Sungs? You sure you're alright?" Chan frantically asked with continuous reassurance from the youngest. Although Jisung had scathed the situation without even a scratch, Chan was still a worried mom towards him.
"Hyung. I'm alright, you don't have to worry too much. I know I was just scared, but could you calm down just a little. I know you only worry because you love me--I love me too, but calm down." Jisung halfheartedly reassures the older. With Jisung's attempt to calm his boyfriend, Chan responses with laughter as he wasn't expecting the young squirrel to say that simple, nearly insignificant, line.
"Alright, alright. I'll calm down and let you be for a bit, but just know I'll be back here if you need anything." Chan finally backs down as he walks back to his desk. Settling at his desk and fixed up the materials needed in class, unfamiliar footsteps begins to emerge into the class. Not looking up to see who the new presence was, Chan presumed it was probably another teacher from another room.
Now breaking his original attention, the teacher calls for the three boys. "Bang Chan, Seo Changbin, Han Jisung, please come here." Chan glances up to see his two boyfriends wearing a similar confused expression just as they proceed to pack their things to instinctually follow.
Letting Changbin walk in front, both Chan and Jisung just trails behind him. While following the other teacher. Jisung currently clinging to both Chan and Changbin, the three boys follow as they remained clueless.
"Why are they calling us down, Hyung?" Jisung questions while looking at Chan.
"I'm not sure. Maybe it has to do with that Hyunbin guy perhaps?" Chan theorizes just as he looks around hoping to find any clue as to why they were currently in trouble--or at least they assume they're in trouble.
"Okay, here we are," the teacher sighs just as he sits down at this desk. "What we have here is that Jung Hyunbin, a second year, claims that two of you had assault him. Would you boys explain yourself?"
Peering upwards through his thinly wrapped glasses frame, the teacher held a quizzing look just as he attempts to fish the guilt from at least one of the boys. However, despite the teacher's seemingly efforts to accuse the boys, both Chan and Changbin remained without fear while seemingly trying to hide Jisung away from the hostility that faintly brewed within the air.
"Sir, we don't quite understand what's the accusations refers to," Chan begin to take the lead, treading the thin thread of patience with such confidence that Changbin internal cringes under the anticipation of the worst. "Although while Hyunbin was first to approach Jisung, Changbin and I were only involved when the interaction begin to escalate."
"Yes, since knowing Jisung, at the moment, was vulnerable as he didn't seem to identify the situation as being unsafe, Hyung and I begin to intervene as we feared Hyunbin could've easily injure Jisung." Changbin immediately tacks on just as the teacher's features mold into a sceptical look.
"Now, kids, I know you may feel that you can win this, however, I just thin--I know that Hyunbin is just not the type of student to start conflicts." Sighing, the teacher shakes his head out of frustration.
After hearing this, Changbin was just ready to pounce, however, Chan was quick to grasp ahold of Changbin's wrist in a way of grounding the outraged male.
"'K-kid'? Why are we 'kids' and he a 'student', huh? What did he do to deserve such glorious treatments while we are as equal as a criminal, huh? You didn't even listen to us; we going to just ignore that? Oh oh oh, if you dare mess with me or any of my boyfriends, I'm going to make--" Changbin internally growled while trying his hardest to not express it externally until Chan's hand upon his interrupted his raging train. Instinctually, Changbin quickly glaces down once he felt a gentle squeeze from Chan.
