Introduction

This season continues the story of season 1, starting from the moment when Yan Wei left. What made Yan Wei leave Xu You Yi and her baby behind?

In this part, it's not only the story of two individuals, Yan Wei and Xu You Yi, and their personal relationships, but a bigger story. We will discover Yan Wei's past: her origin, her comrades, her mission, and a little bit of historical context (the Republic of China and its relationship with other countries in World War 2). There will be some new characters mentioned in season 1. They have their own story that is worth being told too.

Yan Wei could really leave her past behind? Yan Wei and Xu You Yi (and their baby and their cat) could have a new future together?
