Things have become unimpressive.
They have become dull.
Newest edition of VR,
fight zombies,
jump scare,
fight more,
another jump scare,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Jump scare;
And repeat.
Concert with professional acrobatics,
Jump,
Twirl,
Fall,
Hold.
Jump,
Twirl,
Fall,
Laugh.
Jump,
Twirl,
Fall,
Hold;
And repeat.
First date,
Pick up,
Take to dinner,
Genuine laugh,
Eat,
Hang out,
Leave.
Second date.
Pick up,
Take to dinner,
Faux laugh,
Eat,
Hang out,
Leave.
Third date.
Pick up,
Rainy day,
Movie.
Hang out,
Leave.
And repeat.
New arcade and amusement park,
Biggest one yet.
The colors are dry.
The lights seem dim.
People are loud,
Too loud,
Irritating.
The sun shines,
Yet sleeps,
Feels warm,
Yet cold,
Seems like the moon in disguise.
A yellow ball in the sky.
Nothing.
Empty.
Hollow.
Fake.
..boring.
Turn around,
Go home,
Eat,
Shower,
Sleep;
And repeat.
